The food is great and the staff are generally very friendly. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is after seated it can sometimes take quite some time to get a drink or place your order.

HORRIBLE! After about 10 min of sitting in the front, we were taken to our table. We waited 20 min and then finally had to track someone down, because no k e even came to take a drink order. When the waitress finally came, she was rude. After being there for a total of 50 min, we finally got our food, but they forgot our appetizers. When we were done and asked for 2 to-go boxes, the manager was looking at our food and acted like she’s isn’t even want to give us any to-go boxes. She brought us 1. We had to ask some guy cleaning the tables to give us another box. I didn’t even tip them the service was so horrible. I’ll never go there ever again!

First, they messed up the order second, they had the wrong receipt when I arrived, I had to correct them. By the way, the wrong one was already prepaid, but I just felt bad for them so corrected the issue. Then blaming me that I did not explain which order I needed it in the beginning after I realized it was not what I usually get. And of course.

My cousin took us here on Halloween day while we were visiting. I had never tried the spring rolls with the clear wrap but, glad we did! They were very good along with the main dishes. My wife tried their Pho and I had the chicken broccoli. We also ordered a roll, wish I could remember the name or have gotten pics of the menu. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely return next time I visit.

Stir fried eggplant is so good! Whole fried fish is also amazing. Chicken wings were delicious, but very small wings. Pad Thai was okay. Service was excellent.

Came here tonight with my husband. Once inside we put our names on a list. We were the only ones waiting and never did anyone say anything to us. After being ignored for sometime, we had to tell them we were there…. Waiting to be seated.
Right after we ordered we were asked 2x if we wanted refills with already full drink glasses. Once our food came out, no one ever came back by. No refills on our very small drink cups, no check ins, nothing.
Several minutes after we finished our meals and still no check in, My husband had to get up and go to the counter to ask for boxes. He then again had to get up and ask for our check.
Although the food was good, it was very pricey and not worth the terrible service.
With this kind of service it should be a walk up window for take out only.

We will be coming and definitely recommending to others. We ordered padthai with pork mild spice salt and pepper shrimp level 5 heat. Potstickers for an appetizer. This has been the best Thai Laos restaurant we've tried. Great service. Padthai was bursting with flavor. Shrimp was excellent. Service was perfect.
