I have 2 autistic boys and we absolutely love this location right when they see us come in, they know what my boys want and start making it so the wait is less, they are always so nice to us, it calm clean and yeah it can be pricey but kids are happy there, we are treated well, service is always amazing so worth it

Great food and great service, but I drove 20 miles out of town to grab the food and even stopped to make sure I had everything , and they forgot to give me my large drink (which I paid extra for). So, I’m pretty irked at that, but other than that, it was great.

The store was completely empty with three staff and just me. They had no energy, the restroom smelled horrible. They made my food before I paid for it therefore I didn't get sour cream on my tacos because they had already been made. The workers don't seem to care for their work, they obviously don't appreciate having employment. Get workers that actually care
This Del Taco location charges significantly more money than any other Del Taco location I have been to….making me question it’s loyalty to the Del Taco brand and mission. They charge $11.49 for the standard “Pick two Burritos for $7” deal and $10.49 for the Grilled Chicken Guac burrito, which is at least $2.49 more than I have ever paid before at any other location. Shakes, fries and every other item are several dollars more than the typical Del Taco prices. When I asked a staffmember why prices at this location are so high, she said it is because this location is an independently owned franchise that sets its own prices, but that there is another corporate owned location in town with the standard affordable prices people are used to. The quality of the food here is typical of other locations….just approximately 30 percent more expensive. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

But when the price of one burrito, a side of fries, and a sofa is neatly twenty dollars? I mean, what the scallop??
I know the other location across town has better prices, a bit more reasonable, but having a different option doesnt make bad practices okay.

My complaint is only the price. The people are great, if a bit rushed, but its fast food, dont expect them to stay and chat, Sam, theyre working right now. The service is fine, the atmosphere is sure Del Taco, and the food is... Well, its not great, but its FINE.
Its just overpriced, and thats a real shame. I miss the chili cheese fries. Best in town, since Wienerschnitzel got rid of the Tapatio fries. The other location is better, its just.. really far away from me.
Dietary restrictions: I would never trust any fast food joint with dietary restrictions. Especially allergies.
If youre allergic to anything on the menu? Play it safe, go someplace else, or a store. Some cross-contamination just cant be helped.

Meanwhile, their open sign said “open”. This is very unprofessional of the workers and I won’t be returning again.

Got there at 1:20am. The "open" sign was still on, the store hours said open til 2am. Went to the drive thru and was told they were closed. The employees are always rude and they rush you through without asking if you need any napkins etc. This has happened many times before. Of you're going to close so early then change your posted store hours. That's false advertisement and a really shotty representation of your company.
