They gave my food to “DoorDash” even though I ordered through their app for PICK UP… so I’m out the food and the money! Had to call customer service to request refund but that will take approval and IF I get it I have to wait 5-10 business days to find out if I EVEN get a refund! This is stupid. THEY screwed up and gave my order to another person and I have to pay for it! Screw this! I won’t come back here ever again. #horriblecustomerservice
