Food was good and hot/fresh… The ONLY reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they focused more on the online orders then the customers that are in front of them… I won’t come in on Sunday’s for sure ??♀️ but maybe I’ll try the online service next..?

They take at least 30 minutes to make a sandwich. Better have a long lunch break.

Every time I order from here they NEVER have my food ready when they say they will. It's almost pointless to order ahead .

Loved my sandwich. It was a turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich with everything on crunch bread.Frustrated because I Googled Deli D. and the first one I went to on Akers and Walnut was closed for good even though Google said it was there. The second one on Akers and Goshen had no deep fryer so we left. We went because we also wanted french fries with our sandwich. The third one downtown was open and serving but due to its location, we ended up fighting the theater crowd in the parking garage. If I hadn't wanted their beer batter fries, I would have given up and left but my friend was determined to get them for me. They were good but not worth all the driving around for them.

Waiting over an hour and fifteen mins for an order is ridiculous. This place needs to hire more staff during peak time. Crazy wait times.
Love the lady owner, she's really nice and professional ? Definitely recommend stopping by

Order 2 sandwiches with everything on it medium.. recieved a mini. With only cheese and turkey. Called and asked the manger all I got was their is nothing I can do because it was take out.
Ordered tomato basil soup they substituted chicken tortilla without explanation(didn't have what was ordered) been waiting for refund for 2 days. Manager not in & is the only person able to authorize the refund. REALLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
Sandwich was good. Went when it wasn't busy at all. No one was in there and it took 30+ minutes to get my sandwich. I understand if it was busy. They did not ONCE apologize for the wait or even explained what was going on. Asked for a refund and they didn't know how to do it. So just waited for the sandwich. I won't ever go to this one downtown. The one on walnut has never disappointed. Next time let your customers know how long it might be when you take orders if you are going to take over 15 minutes so we can go elsewhere. Or at least apologize for the super long wait.
Ok I've had 2 sandwiches 1 was the tritip that tastes like some one put leather in a bun with bbq sauce nasty 2 was a roast beef and turkey sandwich ok everyone else knows when it was supposed to be a roast beef sandwich with turkey not a turkey sandwich with a piece of roast beef and why the hell would you put mayonnaise on bread and scrape it off I love mayonnaise

I have a difficult time getting a hold of someone to place orders on the phone here and there but the customer service is so wonderful in person that I usually forget. I don't mind paying over the phone for a take out order but it's frustrating when I need to place a party box order when I know they take a while to put together. Food quality is still far better than other sandwich shops in town. Will always continue to shop here due to the awesome women you have at your downtown location. I have to admit I came in frustrated and they turned my day around, and that's what it's all about.
