Just left the store and when I got home opened my boxes to check the sandwiches. Unfortunately I was not happy. I ordered a Tri Tip and Jack cheese sandwich and there was only a couple slices of meat. Ordered the Turkey, avocado, and sprouts sandwich which they had no sprouts but there was hardly any turkey and just slivers of avocado. On top of that when I walked in the girl working seemed irritated that I walked in and was not very pleasant. After spending $57 dollars on 3 sandwiches and 2 chips you would hope for a really good quality sandwich. Was is disappointing is that this is one of my favorite sandwich shops and now will think twice about returning.

This was my second time at this location. The first time the service was fast and efficient. This second time I was very disappointed. I was the only one at the restaurant, ordered at 1:26pm, as indicated on my receipt, and 3 other parties ordered after me. I noticed that 2 of the parties after me had already gotten their sandwiches and were packing up to leave. I asked Marlene, the cashier who I placed my order with, about my order. Her response to me was, "there is only one person making sandwiches" coming off very rude, dismissive and as if she didn't care. What I did not understand was why the other parties after me were getting their food, and then the larger of the 3 parties order was starting to be delivered to them. I asked again, and she looked and she never sent my order in to be made. She then said that the whole order was not indicated on the receipt and I wrote my order down for her. She never once apologized, the sandwhich artist herself apologized, but they made it seem like it was my mistake that the order never got sent in from the cashier, Marlene. I didn't get my food until 1:53pm. 27 minutes later, my order was finally handed to me. If I would have never asked about my order, I would have just never received it. With that the service is poor and the costumer service was terrible. I gave it 1 star for the service based on my first experience.

Food was good and hot/fresh… The ONLY reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they focused more on the online orders then the customers that are in front of them… I won’t come in on Sunday’s for sure ??‍♀️ but maybe I’ll try the online service next..?

This is my absolute favorite place to eat. The veggies are always incredibly fresh, can't even get this quality at home. Staff is always amazing as well! They're super kind and very quick!

They take at least 30 minutes to make a sandwich. Better have a long lunch break.

This place gets zero stars from me. They never answer there phone. And this is the 3rd time I come during their "open hours" and they are closed, door is locked and employees are hiding. Do not recommend this deli delicious. Wish I could give it ZERO stars.

Every time I order from here they NEVER have my food ready when they say they will. It's almost pointless to order ahead .

Loved my sandwich. It was a turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich with everything on crunch bread.Frustrated because I Googled Deli D. and the first one I went to on Akers and Walnut was closed for good even though Google said it was there. The second one on Akers and Goshen had no deep fryer so we left. We went because we also wanted french fries with our sandwich. The third one downtown was open and serving but due to its location, we ended up fighting the theater crowd in the parking garage. If I hadn't wanted their beer batter fries, I would have given up and left but my friend was determined to get them for me. They were good but not worth all the driving around for them.

Waiting over an hour and fifteen mins for an order is ridiculous. This place needs to hire more staff during peak time. Crazy wait times.

Ok! In an from out of town and was looking for a place to get some quick deli sandwiches for a few High school boys that were in town for a football tournament. The place was empty an a Saturday 1:30, so I had my doubts. I order three large Turkey, Bacon, & Avocado sandwiches on white, with the works. There was only two ladies working and it looks like there was a couple call in orders in front of me because it took longer than I would have thought for three identical sandwiches. I thought to myself, I hope they are good. There were amazing! Fresh, great crunch, and super good flavor. My 17 yr old son, that it was one of the best he has had in a long time. I agree. The place had a quiet vibe, but I think that is just because, there wasn't anyone there. I would definitely stop in again if I am in town and craving a sandwich. Cheers!
