12/7/22Purchased 2 different sandwiches we both got food poisoning the sandwiches has two items in common bean sprouts and tomatoes.I tried calling the business they didn't answer, I requested for a manager to contact me today is 12/13/22 I have not received a call. The employees have no idea about policy and procedures, there is no contamination procedure in place, where is a customer send for medical attention in case of contamination. 4 years ago this place earned a 5 star review. My husband went in the other day and the didn't have 3 dollars in change to give back. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have change. They are also slow and the girl at the counter is rude.

I wish I could give negative stars. Drove over, ordered and tried to pay. They LITERALLY didnt have $3.73 cents worth of change. How do you even stay in business like that? Completely ridiculous and unheard of

Unfortunately, I have tried contacting the manager three times and no response. The manager is always running an errand. I had an order with 3 sandwiches and an order of battered fries. Should have checked the order thoroughly but it was three sandwiches in the bag and fries. But upon opening the sandwiches neither one was what we ordered. It has been over a week and still no response. The manager was supposes to call back as soon as possible. They were not even busy. Not going back. I should have ordered Jimmy Johns.

One person ordered in front of me. Just two sandwiches and then I ordered my two sandwiches. I actually fell asleep during the 30 minute wait for them to finish my sandwiches. And the quality wasn’t even that good.

This place is horrible maybe just this location I ordered a hot bbq beef sandwich on Dutch crunch bread first of all the Dutch crunch bread was soft the bbq beef was cold and nasty.they put way to much mayo on it j told them to have it ready at 1245 so it would be fresh when I got it and it was still old.and nasty

Ordered hot roast beef sandwiches with cheese. They were cold with No Cheese. Ordered a tuna sandwich with veggies, no veggies. It was disgusting. Won't go back! One star for the fries.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is for their hot crispy beer battered fries but our sandwiches were horrible. The pastrami was so dry and the chicken in the Buffalo chicken sandwhich was dry, cold and had no taste. Definitely won't be returning.

Horrible experience! Not only was the girl taking the order unprofessional and rude they were extremely slow I waited over half an hour for my food it was cold made incorrectly. I ordered a large fry there was literally like a handful of anything in there. I called to talk to the manager and the same girl that took my order refused to give me the managers name she wouldn’t even give me her name once I told her her name she hung up on me. Called corporate already waiting to hear back from the manager if they even do call me back. The food was trash… And the manager/owner does not care they will not call you back.I like how the owner/manger hasn’t bothered to respond to my post. They also have my number no call either.

It was horrible while it lasted. This is the pickle sandwich with a side a pastrami. My wife picked the order up today around 3 and it's going to be the last. Going through older reviews I can see that they aren't making any improvements. Great at responding to reviews though?

Ordering the food:Received advertisement for online coupon code in the mail.We decided to use the coupon code.We created order on the mobile site.Prior to checkout, mobile website states “promotions and coupons can be applied at the next step during payment.”However, coupon code section did not show up.I wrote about the problem in the special requests notes on the order invoice.I called before pickup and restaurant stated, “We’re not able to honor coupon because the order was already processed and this was a common problem.”The food:The first sandwich turned out great.Extra meat was paid for with the 2nd sandwich. We expected 50-75% more meat but we were given about 20-30% less than a regular order.OD-5153022

This place is extremely awful for the wait time I endured. I ordered 1 B.L.T that would normally take 5 minutes to make. 10 minutes go by, I give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re also making food for people who ordered online. 40 minutes go by and they finally give me my food. Not only was I the only person in there, but when someone else came in for their online order it still took them another 20 minutes to even give them their order. Please don’t go here when two stores away is a Jimmy Johns.

Every single time I come into this place, they never fail to disappoint. My most recent visit consisted of very rude employees. When I walked up to order something, the girl taking my order didn’t even say hello or greeted me in any way. She just stared at me until I began to order something. After ordering, I waited for quite a bit of time as well. When my order was ready, a male employee handed me my order. I said thank you, and he didn’t say anything back to me. Lastly, when i finally got to my car, i noticed they didn’t give me ranch that I ordered. Awful customer service.

Ordered a pastrami sand with light mustard. Perhaps they heard light pastrami instead? Wasn’t expecting mounds of it but could you not at least given me more than 2 small slices in the center of the bread??
