This place Always, I mean ALWAYS gets your order wrong.And when we come back to get the right order, they get that wrong too, seriously?!?!?!?This place looks like they just opened too

I went to this location for the first time today and unfortunately the last time. It was lunch time, I understand everywhere is busy but they told me I would have to wait 25 minutes to order a sandwich because they are to busy with online orders. They need to get more employees or learn to multi task like all the other sandwich shops do .

Horrible. Placed my order to go and watched multiple customers get their food before me when they came in after me. I went up to ask about my order and they didn't seem to know what happened. Even looking in the trash for the receipt. They literally wasted my lunch time. Very pissed.

Great quick bite after our long day in the National Parks! My veggie sandwich was fresh, and the price was just fine for the amount of food I got (I ordered the large). We got our food very quickly, no mistakes, and the cashier was nice.

Deli disappointing. There wasn't anything delicious. From charging for water cups (after the person in front of us recieved 2 free drink cups) to receiving our hot sandwiches that were ice cold. We ordered a foot long pastrami, salam, and pepperoni and a foot long Chipotle chicken both of these sandwiches are advertised as being served hot. When sandwiches were purchased we were not told they would be cold. The salami was old and tasted off. My kids typically love sandwiches but would not touch these. This place was truly sad and not the deli delicious expierence we have come to know.

I made an order just so I could have sprouts on a sandwich. I had been craving them for a while, on the Turkey sprout swiss sandwich...had no sprouts and I add avocado.. sadly not on the sandwich either. This order was made threw grub hub but I feel it was simple enough order and yet it was somehow messed up. The bread is also kinda hard but that could just be the style of bread. Needless to say I won't be ordering online again. I might try in-store sometime. Overall sad and not impressed ?
