Horrible experience. Probably the worst pizza place in all of Visalia. After placing your order, the app tells you the wait time will be around 25-30 minutes. That’s fine. So, I always go to parking lot 10-5 minutes before the estimated pick up time. However, for the past THREE TIMES I came to pick the pizzas for my family, I always end up waiting AT LEAST 50 minutes! Not only that, but the workers always have such an attitude towards not just me, but other customers as well. It’s always so frustrating and irritating! Won’t come back here EVER AGAIN!

I always get 2 medium pizzas and for some reason it always takes 45+mins to get them. The workers are always short and just say there's nothing they can do about the wait. 45 mins for a pickup is ridiculous.

If I could leave a zero star review I would , I ordered a pizza and tots to be delivered to my door step , the delivery driver came and took the food back with them because I do not let my children open the door to strangers . I called the store and spoke tire “store manger “ PAIGE, she said they no longer leave pizza at door and but they can send the driver back with the food, I asked her to remake and she offered a pizza for Tommorow with attitude included , I told her that does not make up for a bad dinner tonight, to her response is “ well thanks for calling and hung up on me “….. After being on hold trying to get ahold of a person for 35 minutes is now soggy, I got it re delivered by Francisco with no sorry on the timing no nothing but the look of intimidation which does nothing and his excuse was “ I’m just the delivery boy”. I told delivery boy to delivery message to STORE MANAGER PAIGE, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE , you should find a job you enjoy , making and delivering a pizza should not be this discouraging and should never call for a review this long …..
