I ordered a pizza to be delivered. When it came, the order was missing an item I had paid for. I called to complain and they were super nice about it. They brought me a perfect replacement with sincere apologies. The food was excellent and the manager’s name was Robert. I forget the name of the girl who took my order and delivered but she was sweet as pie. I highly recommend.😊💕

The worst customer service the online order said it would be ready between 18 and 26 minutes. I went 35 minutes later and it was still not done. The guy in the back did not even know what order it was and told me 15 more minutes so I just canceled that me and Ed’s here we come.

I don't know what's wrong with the employees here but not only did they mess up once they messed up twice on my simple order. Apparently they couldn't get anyone's orders right at all because there were a bunch of people coming back in and calling in to have their orders fixed. They messed up so bad on two customers orders that had food allergies. I think I'll just get little Caesars next time cause the employees here are a bit rude and unprofessional about their job.

We usually never have a problem at this location. However, today was different. We placed our order online. Waited the allotted time and then went to pick it up. When we arrived our order still hadn’t been made and we were told that the app doesn’t take in consideration orders placed ahead of ours. We had to wait another 25 minutes for our order. 2 of our pizzas were under cooked. The dough was soggy and our diced tomatoes were actually stewed tomatoes.. while waiting for our order we observed a delivery driver tossing orders in her car as if they were grocery bags. If you ever get a messed up pizza, this may be why. Come on Dominoes get it together.

I went at 11:38 pm I called to ask if I can come it and the man on the phone told me yes when I arrived the doors were locked and the man in the back waved me away sarcastically laughing.

Lady at front was rude, I was waiting for the pizza for one hrs and a half and I decided to go get it my own, when I got there she was ignoring me for about 3 min, then I asked her to help me but she said someone else will help me. I paid 6 dlls delivery and 3 tip for the driver and only reimburse 3 dlls into my credit card. Pizza was very cold
Just had a stuffed crust combo pizza. The taste was excellent. Great pizza.
