I have to say good Donuts the terrible customer service unprofessional disrespectful and very rude employee the little short Asian lady no respect and I highly recommend that nobody goes to this place on top of that I seen cockroaches crawling through the donut rack unbelievable I will be contacting the health department

Putting 4 stars only because I bought a dozen donuts today and holy moly the prices went up to $25. Almost $2.00 a donut. Inflation has infiltrated everywhere. Very tasty and nice workers but this will be a once every months trip now.

Staff are very friendly! Donuts are fresh daily; mine was still warm when I ate them. The glazed is so soft and fluffy (on par with Krispy Kreme).
While passing through Visalia we stopped by this store to have breakfast. And what a nice surprise! These are truly the best donuts we have eaten in the American West. Special mention for the ham croissant which was excellent! I recommend everyone to go if you have the chance! :)
