So today, I went to this donut shop because I wanted to get a donut. So, upon arrival, it was really cold today and kind of foggy. I saw an older woman that was homeless, and I decided to come out of the kindness of my heart to offer her a free meal, whatever she wanted, and of course, I'm going to pay. So, as I go in there, I proceeded to get my order and also the older woman's order. The lady, the Mexican lady, told me in Spanish that she did not want her there because she smells and she doesn't want to be rude about it. I was so angry, so appalled for the fact that she said that, and the woman that I offered her a free meal did not smell at all. I feel that is very rude, very disrespectful, and refusing service to somebody like that. She was not bothering anybody. She was just standing there. And the fact that this woman, this Spanish-speaking woman said that, it's unacceptable. I know the owners are good people, but these type of people who think are entitled and think they know it all is not right.

came here for the first time this last weekend, i spoke with the lady who works there, maybe it’s the owner i’m not sure i should’ve asked. but she was so sweet & it was very easy to make conversation with her due to her being so friendly, i told her we had just moved from tulare to visalia so i wanted to find a new donut shop & she was very kind & hoped we enjoyed the food there so we could come back. i loved it! the donuts were great even for me coming around 12 o’clock, usually most shops don’t have great options by then but they did. & i tried the vietnamese ice coffee & it was my favorite. their breakfast sandwiches are very satisfying, now i have to come back to try their biscuits & gravy 😊👍🏼
