They continueously overcharge me. I can get the same drink every time and it always be a different price. Would not recommend if you don't want to be ripped off

I went there recently and have never seen a manager treat their employee with such disrespect. The manager Santos has a terrible attitude towards his employees from what I seen. I was standing there waiting for my food and it looked like he was training a new person giving her so much attitude the poor girl looked like she wanted to cry by the time I left. Not sure how Dunkin hires managers but they need to rethink there hiring process and make sure mangers treat there employees right.
Wouldn't be Dunkin if they didn't screw up something in the drive thru order!😂 And prices are up everywhere... $20 for 2 people- just Bagels and coffee!

Better choices anywhere else. No more birthday drinks comes off as greedy when every other chain offers one. Also my croissants I ordered always taste like they had freezer frost flavor and not appetizing at all. Shouldn't of messed up the rewards system ever
