Kim was SUPER rude to me. She ignored me when I walked in and she and the other employee had me wait over 10 minutes to order. She even walked over to the donut case where I stood and ignored. A man walked in after me and she tried to serve him first. When I said I'd been there and she just saw me at the donuts, she was RUDE the whole time she helped me. Don't go here. The food is gross and the service is AWFUL.

Food was gross and totally not fresh, donuts sucked and had the consistency of cardboard and their new potion drink was disgusting. A mouthful of sugar and coffee, the proportions were completely off and had no balance other than sugar.

I ordered a drink and asked for no ice. The employee said that if I wanted no ice then I would get less of the drink. Dunkin Donuts makes a lot of money but can't seem to fill the cups to the top when you don't want ice. That's ridiculous.

I ordered 2 iced coffees on DoorDash an hour ago and they are the worst drinks I’ve ever had! My wife ordered us oat milk iced coffees with stevia and sugar free shots. Both drinks had no milk or flavor shots. Drinks are extremely bitter. Very unhappy especially for the insane price I paid. This is our usual Dunkin order so we know what to expect and this definitely isn’t correct. I’m a trucker so I have to use DoorDash whenever I want something, otherwise I’d drive over and have the drinks re made. This Dunkin needs to do better!
