I went there recently and have never seen a manager treat their employee with such disrespect. The manager Santos has a terrible attitude towards his employees from what I seen. I was standing there waiting for my food and it looked like he was training a new person giving her so much attitude the poor girl looked like she wanted to cry by the time I left. Not sure how Dunkin hires managers but they need to rethink there hiring process and make sure mangers treat there employees right.

Better choices anywhere else. No more birthday drinks comes off as greedy when every other chain offers one. Also my croissants I ordered always taste like they had freezer frost flavor and not appetizing at all. Shouldn't of messed up the rewards system ever

This location constantly closes there store 1 hour early, this has happened on 3 occasions. I will be contacting there corporate office.
My son went to get me a large green tea. It said green on the sticker. It was there black. My son told the guy it says green on the sticker. Guess he didn't know what green tea looks. I would have refused it. I have had issues with my order being wrong.

Coffee was very bitter like it was burnt for the shaken espresso and my chai was flavorless tasted like straight milk the drive thru took close to an hour I tried ordering via app but app kept crashing? kept saying could not complete transaction. food was also cold,spent close to 30 bucks so was a waste

Drive thru employee was quite rude. And the girl with the long ponytail swinging her hair around in a food environment is very disgusting and unsanitary. Employees need to keep their hair up when working with food.

I normally don’t do this but I was so disappointed Saturday.. Bad drive through service the worst ever. The coffee she gave me most disgusted wasted money I ever spent. I didn’t even ask for a refund, but asked if she could throw it away and she was incredibly rude. I have been here many times before never had a problem before especially unkindness.
