If you order donuts by drive thru they give you old donuts or donuts that no one else wants, they also take forever making drinks. I waited 15 minutes just for a dozen donuts at it was 5:45pm. Assorted means different kinds of donuts not three of each. Just sayin…

Went through the drive thur speaker must be broken the communication was off had to repeat my order a few times got my order milk was expired drove back to location did not want the milk so I got a water and was not refunded my money for the 2.99 they did offer a free drink need better customer service and the drive Thur should never take as long as I waited at the window with no cars in line will not stop here worst customer service ever tap water at that

I went there recently and have never seen a manager treat their employee with such disrespect. The manager Santos has a terrible attitude towards his employees from what I seen. I was standing there waiting for my food and it looked like he was training a new person giving her so much attitude the poor girl looked like she wanted to cry by the time I left. Not sure how Dunkin hires managers but they need to rethink there hiring process and make sure mangers treat there employees right.
Wouldn't be Dunkin if they didn't screw up something in the drive thru order!😂 And prices are up everywhere... $20 for 2 people- just Bagels and coffee!
