My god what a nightmare. Absolutely no line and their menu is ridiculous. If you want donuts just go inside the menu doesn’t explain ANYTHING. You ask a question and it’s like rocket science to them. Asked the first girl what kind of donuts they have and she was said “ uh let me check “ she disappeared and another guy starts talking and starts all over again with our order and was getting our order completely wrong. At this point we just said half a dozen of mixed donuts and he said “ ok. A dozen donuts “ what!?!? Listen! The order was so simple. When we get our donuts they tasted old. Came in around 2-2:30 on 2/17/2024

Worse customer service. Person taking orders on the drive thru was not polite. Took about 15min to get my coffee. Expect to ALWAYS wait whether inside the store or drive thru. They need to figure out a more effective way of getting orders and preparing them in a more timely manner.

I love dunkin's refreshers especially the Rockstar one.
I only went in to buy a gift card as a Christmas gift. Their was only two girls in line together when I walked in, not busy. But I didn't expect to wait 10-15 mins, 20 mins top to be in line. Trust me, it felt forever. Found out these girls in line were employees there, and kept changing their order (twice) and decided to pay separate. They also kept chatting with the cashier and making a scene with the cook for changing their order. For a chain coffee shop, your wait time sucks. And these employees were rude. I've worked in tis industry 10 years and never was this rude nor would my manager except this attitude in front of other customers. I didn't get no "sorry for the wait," never once acknowledged their was others in line. I was upset for the wait, then they didn't even have the slip covers for the gifts cards, I was ready to leave. Decided not to order anything, disliked the wait, took me one minute for my purchase, got my card and was glad to leave this shop. This review deserves a zero star cuz I will never go back.

Went through the drive-thru and the employee must have been high; I had to repeat myself three times before she acknowledged anything. The drinks I got were also some of the most tasteless, watered down, nasty beverages I have ever had. I hate to think what the donuts taste like.

10/08/2023 was my first time ever to Dunkin Doughnuts and will probably be my last, at least at this location. I arrived about 9:15 am walked in since there was no room in the drive through line. I walked in two people ahead of me one behind. I observed for a moment realized there was only two workers work so I figured gonna be slow no biggie I don't have to be at church until 10:00am. About 15min later I finally get to ordering, I order a large carnal blended drink and I think two sandwiches and a dozen Doughnuts. I've never been wanted to try a little of everything since I've heard amazing things. Get my Doughnut and then noticed people waiting outside the door not sure whats going on I tried to open the door it was locked weird. I told the person working no response then other tried to leave and they couldn't get out. Come to find out the lady working the counter purposefully locked the door. We were locked in the store for 15min before they unlocked the door. Multiple people in the store was yelling and saying unlock the door the workers didn't respond. After they opened the door let people out and people in they tried locking the door again. I was mad thats illegal and a huge fire hazard. I told her do not lock the door if she does I will call the police she didn't. It was around 10:20 and I finally got my drink already late and feared to get locked in I left. I didn't even get all my food they said no where near ready for the food. They were extremely backed up with mobile orders and drive thru and walk in. I understand that what mad me furious was being locked in the store and the people working didn't care and wouldn't open up after multiple people protested to have them open up. I'm going to be writing corporate about this incident and to get my money back since I didn't get everything. Lastly the blended drink was so water down barley taste of coffee or caramel. Really disappointed and the doughnuts were dry and lacked flavor.
