Horrible experience, do not go here if you have to be somewhere on time. They will not give you your drink if you don't tip them and will just let your drink sit there inside the window not call your drink out and let it melt, or if let it get cold if it's a hot drink.

It’s ok. I don’t do the specialty drinks, so maybe those are better. I got a cold brew and asked for a “little” cream, but I could not taste the coffee. I was in a rush, but I’m sure if I had asked the staff to correct it, they would have, so that’s on me. Great staff, average coffee.

Window order took 20+ minute wait when there was only 1 person ahead of me for 2 drinks (lemonade & rebel). Disappointing to see baristas prioritize their friend’s order (who came after us) while our sat on the counter not called out.

Customer service is nonexistent. Idk what it is about teens these days and not knowing how to give basic courtesy and customer service. Ordered at window and waited 20 min just to see them make their friends drinks first. Then cashier asked if we were ready to order… When they went to check on our order turns out drinks were already done and they never called our name. You could tell drinks had been there a while because of the condensation on drinks. No apology or anything. My drink was so watered down. This location isn’t good. Sucks that you leave tip before getting drinks because now I want that tip back. Lame customer service. Luckily there are better Dutch Bros to go to. Avoid this one.

Sorry SB but I've left you about a year ago for Dutch Bros! Especially since they can make us our crazy concoction 😆 WE call it "Get ER Done" first we discovered the salted carmel protein latte, then we discovered the white coffee, so we added the salted carmel protien to that but then we found the 911, then we added the white coffee with the salted carmel protien GAME CHANGER! Yup we're crazy! Especially during tax season we need some serious GO GO to Get ER Done!
How to order: 1/2 911, 1/2 white coffee add salted carmel protein with extra carmel and soft top, iced or hot, either way you'll be JAMMIN! ***its ALOT of espresso***
