Today the service we got was not good my mom was told her drink could not be thicker due to how it is made, she explained how at every other dutch bros it is thicker and she always orders the same drink. We got eye rolls when asked to please make it thicker, not sure we'll be coming back to this particular Dutch Bros.

One of the better Dutch Bros in the area We have our app set to tip however we are always asked if we want to use the tip that is set and always thank us. So other locations don’t acknowledge. We signed up for the app and go a free medium drink. The barista suggested to add all the extras to try since it was free with our drink from the app. The service was fast and friendly. They also made some suggestions that we appreciated and the drink tasted great!!!
