Wow!!! I’m not even sure what to say, other than this Dutch is usually very kind and super nice. However, I went through the drive-thru a couple days ago and met a girl named Felicia who was taking my order. Well this s where the “WOW” came in to play…. Her kindness and amazing customer service was over the top incredible and I could not have been more impressed. I mentioned something to her manager about how appreciative I was of her service and he was just as nice and humble. You guys…. This Dutch truly amazed me!!!

I don't usually leave reviews about the service but today 09/22 I ordered in person and the attention from the cashier/crew member was top notch super polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend order in person.

Not good! I got 4 drinks and they all taste like straight up ahh! While waiting for my drinks, I heard them arguing about our order aswell! A blonde girl with booty shorts was yelling about the sizes. They tasted as if they didnt wash their cooking equipment. All four of us immediately threw it away and drove straight to Starbucks!

This morning around 10:58am server asked if I would like to order I stated I was ordering online. Waited for someone to return to window then young lady did was not pleasant and very rude in the means down talking and overtaking and just did not want to bother. I never had an issues my entire time ordering very pleasant.

Make sure if its two blondes, that they actually take your order right
Today the service we got was not good my mom was told her drink could not be thicker due to how it is made, she explained how at every other dutch bros it is thicker and she always orders the same drink. We got eye rolls when asked to please make it thicker, not sure we'll be coming back to this particular Dutch Bros.

One of the better Dutch Bros in the area We have our app set to tip however we are always asked if we want to use the tip that is set and always thank us. So other locations don’t acknowledge. I really appreciate the team here. We work hard for our money also and it’s nice to be appreciated. Keep up the Bro standard
