Extremely unprofessional they cut me off in the line after waiting 15 minutes they decided to let the person in front of me go and everyone else with me and behind me had to go home. You are supposed to cut the line off after the last person not as someone who was already in the line before closing.

The girl that took our order completely skipped us and took orders from 5 cars that showed up after us. I asked her what protocol was for these situations. She got annoyed took order, took a couple more orders then walked in. She was inside well they were making my drink and for some reason it was made after drinks that were ordered after me and mine was being made in back. Hmmm didn't trust that so i threw it out. Will definitely not be going there ever again.

The line wasn't moving quickly like most other dutches. They charged me for a large and gave me a medium, more than one drink ordered. The parking for walk up is horrible so I asked one of the ladies from the side and she said I would have to get back in line or walk up. Both were long, after having waited in a ten minute line already. No where close to park and it was over 100 outside. Forced to bite the bullet of over paying. I won't be going to this location again..... I'll stick to Akers or far end south Mooney

My grand kids love going to Dutch Bros, so I had to download the app. Actually a nice employee remembered me from a previous visit and recommended that I do so. I'm glad they did. I have earned several free drinks since! I also love the fact I can send points to someone else to get a Dutch bros drink! Thank you!
Went in today to get a remake drink or whatever it’s called well a heavier set guy/girl said they wouldn’t most likely make it bc I didn’t come back the same day, however he put the order through. There was one car ahead of us and one behind us. The guy/girl ( dont want to offered anyone with their pronouns) proceeds to give the car behind us their drink so we pull forward and I see my drink sitting their and there are about 3-4 people waiting at the window including the person who put in the order. Well at the front of everyone else was a taller Caucasian lady with thin bangs and a bull nose piercing asking me who told me I could get a remake drink. Etc etc, at that point I didn’t even want the drink. Just the energy they were giving was not okay. They need to be retrained on professionalism. The bigger guy or girl could have just said no and I would have just paid instead of putting me a trail.
