Went in today to get a remake drink or whatever it’s called well a heavier set guy/girl said they wouldn’t most likely make it bc I didn’t come back the same day, however he put the order through. There was one car ahead of us and one behind us. The guy/girl ( dont want to offered anyone with their pronouns) proceeds to give the car behind us their drink so we pull forward and I see my drink sitting their and there are about 3-4 people waiting at the window including the person who put in the order. Well at the front of everyone else was a taller Caucasian lady with thin bangs and a bull nose piercing asking me who told me I could get a remake drink. Etc etc, at that point I didn’t even want the drink. Just the energy they were giving was not okay. They need to be retrained on professionalism. The bigger guy or girl could have just said no and I would have just paid instead of putting me a trail.

I was at this facility 30 minutes for the crew to still get my order wrong after the third time. They should have took the time to value me as a frequent costumer. I understand it's busy but the fact that they were rushing to get me out and still didn't get my order right is very unprofessional.

This was my first time wvey having a Durch Bros Coffee. I made sure I told the staff I was a first-timer, and they were very helpful and courteous. The clerk even gave me a couple of recommendations for my first coffee. I made the decision to have the top choice among customers and a latte. Drive through was very quick and were in and out in 10 mins. I'm looking forward to going back tomorrow morning.

On June 2nd at around 1:15pm the ENTIRE crew working were completely unprofessional. Once we drove to the window, everyone was being super loud, yelling, telling random stories which made them forget about my 3rd drink. Then when they get reminded about it, she began to be obnoxious loud and said they didn’t forget and gave it another looking then said they did forget. The whole experience was just terrible. The only pro about going was the drinks taste good.

Horrible service I waited 30 minutes in line to be ignored and skipped I had to yell out the window and wave my hand to get the guys attention that he missed me . And then was treated like I was bothering him because I wanted to order I complained to a manager and all she did was say ok thanks for your feed back like no I shouldn’t have to wait that long and then be skipped.

Expect to spend over 30 minutes in the drive through. They average 1 car every 6 minutes. No idea why they walk out to take your order, they don't make it until you're at the window.

I ordered a Iced Hazelnut Oat milk latte and it was dreamy ✨ the gal taking orders in the driveway was so sweet, professional and looked like she loved her job. pretty cool.
