The last time I got coffee here they were great. This time I had to wait 45 minutes in line just to get an iced caramelizer. They got my order wrong and then they rushed to make another one and it tasted bitter, watery, and barely had any soft top. I understand they had a lot of customers in line but I'll be sticking to the mooneys Dutch bros. They're much faster and always get my order right even when there's a long line.

This is probably the worst DutchBros service in entire DutchBros franchise. I've given this location many chances but the service sucks It's probably taking 5-7 minutes per car to get your order. It's worst than the McDonald's on Goshen and Akers. So N Demaree St and W Riggin Ave. Avoid Go somewhere else.

We just waited in line and got ignored by not 1 but two broistas outside taking orders. Somehow when we pulled up in the left lane, both girls were taking orders in the right lane, the one across from us went to the car behind the one who's order she just took. The other girl went to the car right behind us! How is that possible!? Lol.We were gonna wait in line and order at the window, but then decided to take the longer trip to akers. Self awareness and communication isn't happening, drink quality is subpar, get it together demaree!
