I got mine in Visalia on the Caldwell location. The girl that was outside taking the orders blessed me with this one on the house. I should've asked her name but those are the type of employees that make a difference in this world. I am so proud of her, management needs to recognize her and her wonderful attitude and eagerness to bring smiles. I went by this location between 3:50/ 4:25 pm. Tell her thatnk you on my behalf. I go to this location almost every single week since it’s the one most nearby but i absolutely love it. I’ve been to multiple Dutch bros in Visalia and this one doesn’t compare to the other ones forsure. Fast, drink quality is amazing, and the sweetest workers. Love coming here:)

This is my favourite Dutch Bros location in the area. They are always very quick and extremely kind. I've ordered there twice this week and both times they really made my day. I've had a rough week medically and I think they could tell that I was struggling, so they went above and beyond with their customer service. My worst morning, the drink was on them and I was so surprised that I was at a loss for words. I will definitely go out of my way for this location in the future.
