First time trying Dutch Bros and the Americano was top notch. It really hit the spot tasting amazing from first sip to the end of the cup. I’m not a fan of coffees that get acidic as they cool down, but this cup was pretty consistent in taste and flavor all the way through. I ordered a muffin top on a whim and I was surprised it was literally the top of the muffin, which is the best part of the muffin. This thing was like crack, it was so hard to stop eating. Looking forward to returning!

This location has the nicest staff in Visalia. The team on Akers always seems upset and greets you with attitude, but this spot is the complete opposite. The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and always in a good mood. It’s a farther drive for me, but totally worth it because of how well they treat you

Stopped by for a quick coffee around 6 pm Sunday afternoon, on my way up to Sacramento and it took more than 25 minutes to order and another 15 to get my drink!!! Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Dutch bros!!

Disappointed in the service. I was charging my Tesla at the nearby charger and went to stand in line at the walk up counter and was getting blatantly ignored by multiple staff members for at least 10+ minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Once we were acknowledged the staff wasn’t friendly and acted very inconvenienced that they had to take our order. In the meantime the drive through line was cleared out multiple times. For those charging your Tesla be aware you won’t get the same service at the pickup window that you’ll get in the drive thru.

Great drinks just wish we had in our town all the other small towns are now getting except us but I still travel to buy the drink there merging line is horrible people are not courteous and follow rules but I do recommend drinks
If you haven't tried the picture perfect, you need too. Its frozen coffee taste with chocolate and caramel drizzle really takes up a notch. It is topped with whip cream and more drizzle. I got mine in Visalia on the Caldwell location. The girl that was outside taking the orders blessed me with this one on the house. I should've asked her name but those are the type of employees that make a difference in this world. I am so proud of her, management needs to recognize her and her wonderful attitude and eagerness to bring smiles. I went by this location between 3:50/ 4:25 pm. Tell her thatnk you on my behalf. So go try a Picture Perfect today at your nearest Dutch!
