This Dutch bros location takes forever ! I highly dislike that they hardly ever have anyone come out with an iPad to take your order. You have to take it at the window. Takes forever !!!!!

I usually love this place a lot, and they have never messed up my drink before. But today was bad. I understand it was really busy. And I didn’t mind waiting. Though I’m giving this a star because I was standing waiting for my drinks. One of the workers came to the window looking outside and made a comment out loud to her coworker loud enough so I can hear it. She had said that she hated when people would be standing near the window waiting and watching them make their drinks. That was really rude. Like what am I supposed to do? I’m waiting for my drinks. At that moment, my day was ruined. I felt hurt. I felt embarrassed. When she made that comment. She had pointed towards me and another lady. I knew I should have just asked for a refund. Not only did that happened, but they also messed up on one of my drinks.

My favorite barista is drop dead gorgeous and very friendly every time i visit her at work she’s very nice and chatty so i assumed she was flirting with me turns out she thinks im like one of the girls aka fruity now i’m too embarrassed to show up to dutch bros now i go to the other one on mooney.

Had to keep yelling my order and still got my order wrong. When I finally got it, it still was wrong and went back to have it fixed. Need to lower music down a bit. She kept saying she didn't hear me. 🙄

The coffee was good, but for the 2nd time, they gave me an iced latte, and i wanted a hot latte. It was early in the morning. They didn't ask me how I wanted it. I also ordered an earl Grey tea, and they served the tea bag in a cup of ice water. Even an iced tea has to be brewed first before adding ice. I will stick to my old place. Dutch Bros has plenty of customers, so one old fogy wont make a difference

I think they got mad at me the nice cashier was kind seeing if I can get a refund because my drink dropped on my skateboard and he asked my manager and waited like 10 minutes which isn't a big deal but when I got into my car it was wayy to sweet I think they got mad at me
