First time here and it was a bad experience they take too long for just a drinks 50min its just ridiculous dont recommend it

I think they got mad at me the nice cashier was kind seeing if I can get a refund because my drink dropped on my skateboard and he asked my manager and waited like 10 minutes which isn't a big deal but when I got into my car it was wayy to sweet I think they got mad at me

waited over 20 minutes in heat at walk up for 1 drink. one customer before me was served 6+ drinks in under 10 minutes. & my drink was missing an added flavor.

These girls never get size right. Ask large, get medium and they get pissy when you call them out on it. Ask for 3 drinks, pay for 3 drinks and they hand you 2. Just one thing after another. Yall make 20 an hour, GET IT RIGHT!!! And lose your attitudes

No food but the iced green tea with strawberry & mango drink was good, even though we had to wait for over 30 minutes for it (outside). They need more workers or a bigger bldg. Or just go a couple miles down that main street to another location that isn't as busy.
This location just gives you half n half / milk basically. So disappointing. I order a normal golden eagle all the time, and this one it comes out to you like just barely sweetened milk. They also blended our other drink when we confirmed twice in line we wanted it iced. Never going to this location again.

I’ve been to all the DB in town. Always great service. This is my favorite, they know my name & my dog Blu. Doesn’t matter how busy they are, they all work together to give the best friendliest service.

Customer service was not to my expectations at all. When I got to the window the staff rolled their eyes. Which made me uncomfortable and made me feel as if I shouldn’t have ordered a drink in the first place. My drink was extremely watered down with the amount of ice in it. I had high hopes for this Dutch, but after my drink I won’t be making a second trip back.
