Disappointed with My Recent Experience I was looking forward to enjoying a great lunch, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. I ordered the Double Chicken Avocado Salad, and was surprised to find that it only contained wilted lettuce, overcooked chicken, overripe avocado, and old corn. Several key ingredients that are typically part of this salad were missing entirely.
This was not the quality or experience I anticipated, and I hope steps are taken to ensure greater consistency and attention to detail moving forward.

Why is there no more cashiers at El Pollo Loco I do not like the computer system they have it canceled my order and it took 10 minutes to try and order don't like that system get rid of it I walked out because I couldn't get any correct help

The food is always great here they give u exactly wut u need and always in a timely manner ...I always get the chicken tostada bowl I def recommend this to anyone just trying to get thru the day on a quick healthy meal...my girlfriend loves the mashed potatoes here she said to add that to my review so here i am..well if u see one stop by an try one out for yourselves that fire grilled chicken really hits different... ? ?

The actual chicken pieces are great off the grill, when fresh, but pricey for a piece of chicken. 4$+ for a single thigh. Restaurant is a bit worn down and the flavor is so so. The fire grilled combo price went up by a buck, but okay for a drink, one choice of a bowl, 3 tacos or a ? burrito and chips.

The fire grilled combos are a great deal, 6$ for 3 tacos with chips & a drink! These days that’s hard to find. The chips and guacamole are soooo good!
