The actual chicken pieces are great off the grill, when fresh, but pricey for a piece of chicken. 4$+ for a single thigh. Restaurant is a bit worn down and the flavor is so so. The fire grilled combo price went up by a buck, but okay for a drink, one choice of a bowl, 3 tacos or a ? burrito and chips.Kid-friendliness: The kids here were mean. They hit me, I cried.

Their new double fit bowl are so good. I got the street corn one and it was delicious. The chili they add on add was such a good topping, it balanced the salad very well. I highly recommend the salad to anyone looking for something different and yummy. Without a doubt, Pollo Loco never misses with their healthy options to encourage anyone's diet. The workers were so kind and helpful. Excellent service!

Went to pollo loco today to try there new carnitas items, I got the tacos it was well presented and still hot. Took a bite and it was delicious. The employee was very helpful and friendly, definitely coming back here again to try there carnita quesadilla.

I always get the double tostada at this location and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly even on their busiest days. I’ve recently tried their chips and guac that they recommend after every order, and I finally gave in. It is so good and will continue ordering more in future visits. I love the healthy options they provide to keep me loving good as ever!
