Just went to this location, the cashier that was working (Summer P) was the best. She was Very friendly and happy and SMILING!!!! Not many fast food workers know what customer service means anymore. She was seriously a good example of good customer service. I am a manager at a local hardware store and if we were hiring I would definitely be trying to recruit her. You guys have a good one El pollo loco.

I always have a great experience at this El Pollo Loco location. I often end up ordering with trainees or new staff, which I don’t mind at all—they’re usually friendly and doing their best. Occasionally, the chicken can be a bit too salty, but overall, the food is decent and the service keeps me coming back.

I went to eat lunch with my family for the first time and it was horrible!!! After I placed 3 orders they told me they were out of chicken and it was a 20 minute wait. Then when I did place my order and received my food it was the wrong order. The chips were dry. They didn't give me any salsa that I asked for. Our food was cold and bland. My grandaughter and grandson did not eat there food because it was cold and not appealing. Thank goodness they didn't because My whole family got sick that night. They kept getting everyone's order wrong. 3 people brought there food back. A man brought back his burrito and the girl gave him another one but after he stepped a way the girl put it back in the warmer. I'll never return. I do not recommend!!! Very Dissapointed.

Chicken was burnt.. I ordered a double chicken avocado bull and I don't know if this particular location is trying to save profits it was 8:30 in the evening or what but I would have to say this is my first terrible experience at el pollo loco

This is what's my first time dining in in this location of El Pollo loco definitely recommend this location I love the chicken way better than the other location that got here in Visalia I give it a 5 out of 5 rating
- I arrived at this place on a Sunday around 5:00 p.m. and it was very calm. There were only 2 diners.
-I ordered leg and thigh pieces, pot beans, coleslaw, and steamed broccoli.
- As for the taste of the food, I will tell you that the chicken was juicy and the beans had a good flavor, I didn't like the coleslaw, the broccoli and the tortillas.
- It's a family place.
- Suitable for children.
- They have wifi, however, the signal is very low.
- There are indoor and outdoor tables with umbrellas.
- Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash.
- If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is of medium difficulty.
