Yesterday my husband and I went through the drive thru around 1:30pm for lunch. There was no other cars and it was very empty not many cars parked either. The women who helped us in the drive thru was extremely RUDE and tried to use her “kind” customer service voice but she was extremely passive aggressive and shut my husband up every time he would say to wait a minute because he couldn’t read the screen she immediately said okay your total is 8.79 second window. He had trouble reading the screen and he told her he wasn’t done ordering she ignored him. We get to the window and we tell her we weren’t done ordering and she says “well you were taking a moment so I assumed you were done ordering you said nothing” we said we needed a second and she kept cutting us off from saying we needed to order 1 more item she wouldn’t let us get a word in without her talking over us by speaking louder over us.. mind you there was no other cars or customers… so I have no idea why she was so rude. It was very inappropriate and uncalled for wish she gave us more than 15 seconds to order or speak. Won’t be coming back and it’s a shame because we love this restaurant.

This El Pollo Loco is the best! Amazing staff always making sure to look out for the customer and double checking our order. We're satisfied to make this our go to spot when in doubt eating out. The pollo loco bowls are mine and my gfs favorite!
I love El Pollo Loco! The food is always hot and tasty and I always feel it’s a little healthier than other fast food options!Today I visited after placing my order on the app, pulled up to pick it up and realized I had ordered to the one across town. boo! However, the team at this Riggin location took care of it by calling the other store to get the order and cancel that one and then proceeded to make mine. Thanks for being awesome!

I wanted good food and to be able to sit with family and visit. This was perfect!! Not too loud and exceptionally clean. Someone was sweeping the sidewalk when we arrived. Definitely going back !!?
