We walked here from our hotel not expecting much but really impressed by the service and food! The atmosphere is clean and simple, with a few tvs playing Hispanic sports and news. Booths line the walls and banquet tables down the middle. Beer service only; no liquor, fyi.
The food portions are very large, and incredibly fresh and hot. The server was super sweet and made conversation while going above and beyond. Will likely return here several times on this trip.

We stopped at this Mexican restaurant in a small town while passing through, as it had high ratings in the area, and it didn’t disappoint! The Mexican food here is truly authentic. Having traveled to Mexico, we can tell the tortillas, especially the corn ones, were homemade—fresh, tasty, and with a perfect chewy texture. The corn tortillas were sweeter and more flavorful, and I highly recommend them.

Edit: After seeing the other comments, I have to add that they did give me salsa to go, green and red, for each item I ordered. Probably just ask?
