Went for dinner. Wait is long. Was sat in a booth next to a wall with a piece of it missing. The smell was bad. The food wasn't very good. I ordered the Chipotle enchiladas and the chicken was in chunks. The only thing I really enjoyed was the margaritas. Probably won't be back.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of Sequoia National Park. Had fantastic sausage and egg breakfast burritos served by the very friendly owner. The ingredients were fresh and first rate as was the orange juice that must have been fresh squeezed from the orchard around the corner.

This used to be our favorite spot. I’m not sure what has happened to them in the last few years but the quality of everything has significantly decreased while prices for everything has significantly increased. The ends do not justify the means here anymore. The food is ok. The chips are very stale. We went in on a Thursday night and waited 48 minutes for our food. There were 3 of us. We ordered enfrijoladas de mama, a carne asada burrito, and a plain shredded beef taco with rice. My husband and I had 3 drinks between us from the bar. Our tab ended up being 150$ with tip - we always tip at least 18% despite the sub par service and lack of apology for our wait. We know a lot goes into that wait and it doesn’t all fall on the servers. At any rate it was very expensive for the food and service we got and it never used to be like that. It’s a great place to get a drink, great ambiance and decor. But we will be skipping this place for dinner from now on. Super disappointing el Tarasco.
