Very good service and always clean
Every time I've gone im attended to very quickly. Staff is fast and friendly and they always help me out the best they can! Really love the convenience of being able to walk in, sometimes you have unplanned reasons for going and its so nice not having to wait for an appointment to become available.
It was clean which was nice as I have OCD and am a germaphobe. The staff were quite kind. Got in quick which was also nice as I was a walk in.
Takes time to get in for appointments but they always do their work perfectly
Recently moved into the area I took my 2 littles as soon as you walk in the front door you instantly know you will receive the care your family needs the front desk was very nice with check in the nurse that helped us was quick and interactive with my littles the doctor was amazing and very informative straight to the point answering questions definitely recommend
Luis Rivera is possibly the worst provider here had my daughter do a strep test said she was positive took her to regular pcp today she does not have strep !!!! So mad that this guy is such a phony baloney !! Ego maniac !! Doesn’t even listen to the pt.
Spoke with Amanda today at fhcn and she was very pleasant to deal with and got my stuff handled with a quickness. Refreshing to deal with someone like this! Thanks

Very low quality of service
I went to the Bridge location just a few days ago with a throbbing broken tooth. I was a walk in and waited only 35 minutes before I was called Dr. Reny Chacko treated me. She was extremely kind and treated me as if I were her dtr in pain. She made sure I was comfortable threw the tooth extraction. " I did not feel anything when she removed my infected tooth. 2 days later I was " as good as new". No more pain or infected tooth. I healed super fast and appreciate Dr. Chacko. Thank you Dr. Chacko. Alecia Murillo. ??

Today (05/29/2020) a person called Yesenia called me and told me that I had an appointment in the month of March and that she wants to reschedule it for the month of June, Yesenia says that in the system notes she says that she rude behavior with the people in front, I remember that on the last visit they didn't even attend to me, I was waiting for 1 hour and I better left, I'm hurt in my waist and I can't even sit for a long time, but then Yasenia told me that I wasn't rude, he says The note that I was rude, the truth is that in that bridge place I do not recommend it, the people in front laugh a lot and talk too, they are on their cell phones and it seems that they are not doing their job. Is that being rude? Or rude? Yesenia says that a manager named Monica is going to call me to clarify this note that they put against me... I have previously spoken with the managers of this same clinic, their service is not good... today 08/21/ 2020, until today, no one has called me to fix this matter, the one who was going to call me Monica, nothing at all, I will continue to wait for them to call me, I told them, they don't like doing their job....TODAY 03/18/24 A ALMOST 3 AND A HALF YEARS, MONICA HAS NOT CALLED ME...
I don't know who is in charge of this building but it clear that nobody works here because they actually care about people. Spent 3 hrs at this building to be spoken to like a child by some PA name Melissa. She wants to recommend Physical Therapy for constant pain that won't be fixed with Physical Therapy. Was issue Xray work the same day and had to wait over an hour for other people to check in for Xrays and get called before myself even though I had been waiting there for a while. The ladies working the Xray check in were extremely rude and didn't bother to look up from their computer. The lady in the actual Xray room talked to me like I was stupid. It's clear to me that Famil Health Care Network is more concerned with getting their fair share of Money rather actually providing good Healthcare.
Honestly, you guys suck so bad! No one answers the damn phone here. Your auto generated text messages give me all the wrong information for my appointments. Oh and did I mention no one answers the phone!
I gave 2 stars because the walk-in clinic was pretty quick and was clean. One of the front lady's at the front was ridiculously rude. They didnt have my husband on our sons file and that was a huge ordeal as he shouldve been on there from prior visits. My husband has taken him several times to FHCN in Tulare with zero issues. They advised only my husband can go back with him even though we watched families of people pile out from the back. The doctor was great but the rest of the staff may need some training and treat everyone fairly.
