Went today to 501 Bridge location, the front desk person was nice, medical assistant was nice, got to the room that was going to do the mammogram. Unbelievably rude, I was talking my disabled half sister in and the lady wanted to know why I needed to be in the room with her, Without coming out and saying in front of my sister she’s disabled and slow, and continued to question me as to why I needed to be there and I said because she asked me to stay and her comment back to me was well I would like to have someone in the room with me as well. I turned to my sister to let her know I needed to step out of the room, and the rude woman said I can’t hear you, and I said I’m not talking to you. And she kept on with are you from an agency or does she need an interpreter? She was so rude. I think she needs to be fired.

Had a smashing time getting my mammo. I waited for a long time, but other than that everything went well.

Went in as a walk in for a migraine, persistent cough, lost voice, shortness of breath, wheezing, fatigue and vomiting. Was told I had post natal drip and was sent home, a week later my symptoms didn’t improve but I felt worse so I went back and was then told I had allergies without being tested for anything, I even asked if it could be something more because I don’t get allergies. A week passed again and my symptoms still didn’t improve and my voice was completely gone at this point so I went to ALTURA instead and explained my symptoms and they immediately tested me for everything and they ended up telling me I had bronchitis/pneumonia then prescribed me with antibiotics. I am feeling so much better and my voice has finally been coming back. I had to miss almost a month of work due to this. FHCN needs to do better and actually test there patients instead of just guessing.

If you can go anywhere else do it! These Drs just give the run around!

Very bad service. Came here to get. TB reading for my daughter. Lasted 3 hours and they would keep calling the rest of the people that came in later than me. Horrible experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been to this clinic once this year, and I will not be returning. The PA who assisted me—an Asian male—prescribed me ibuprofen despite me informing him that I have CKD. He insisted it was safe and even claimed I don’t have CKD, despite the fact that I see my nephrologist, Dr. Javeq, every three months for my condition. If I didn’t have CKD, my eGFR wouldn’t be declining, and I wouldn’t need a specialist.

During my visit, the PA spent no more than three minutes in the room. He didn’t ask about my symptoms—he simply walked in, told me I was negative for the flu, commented on my tonsils being enlarged, and prescribed steroids. The same thing happened last year when I came in, and once again, he prescribed ibuprofen.

I’m genuinely concerned for the safety of patients receiving incorrect prescriptions here. This level of care is unacceptable.

Experience was good but the guy in the front just stared at me when I went up to the desk to describe my situation, he just stared at me. He didnt even speak until another lady spoke up and told me she could help me, very awkward but the ladys were helpful…

Took my daughter in to the walk-in and everyone was extremely nice from the guy at the front desk to the MA and Dr.Reyes. We were listened to, prescribed a medication all in less than 30 minutes.

I just had some dental work done yesterday at this location, and I can honestly say that the staff there was super polite and very professional. They helped me right away, were very honest & informative about my options, and treated me with respect. Dr. O and the dental assistants were all very kind, gentle, and went the extra mile to ensure I wouldn't be in pain or at risk of dry socket/infection. Today I feel great and am very much so looking forward to my next appointment with them. I can't and won't diminish any of the other reviewers experiences, but I can say with certainty that my experience was nothing like a lot of the reviews I see on this page. I have been to many dental offices and dealt with many dentists & dental assistants, but none of them come close to the kindness, gentleness, and professionalism that Dr. O and his assistants showed me yesterday. I honestly couldn't be happier with them and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for dental work in the Visalia area.

Thanks Dr. O and associates! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Every time I've gone im attended to very quickly. Staff is fast and friendly and they always help me out the best they can! Really love the convenience of being able to walk in, sometimes you have unplanned reasons for going and its so nice not having to wait for an appointment to become available.

It was clean which was nice as I have OCD and am a germaphobe. The staff were quite kind. Got in quick which was also nice as I was a walk in.
