Jocelyn Reyes and her RDA's Nancy and Arie took fantastic care of me! They made sure I was comfortable and had me in and out in no time. Thank you!

Today (05/29/2020) a person called Yesenia called me and told me that I had an appointment in the month of March and that she wants to reschedule it for the month of June, Yesenia says that in the system notes she says that she rude behavior with the people in front, I remember that on the last visit they didn't even attend to me, I was waiting for 1 hour and I better left, I'm hurt in my waist and I can't even sit for a long time, but then Yasenia told me that I wasn't rude, he says The note that I was rude, the truth is that in that bridge place I do not recommend it, the people in front laugh a lot and talk too, they are on their cell phones and it seems that they are not doing their job. Is that being rude? Or rude? Yesenia says that a manager named Monica is going to call me to clarify this note that they put against me... I have previously spoken with the managers of this same clinic, their service is not good... today 08/21/ 2020, until today, no one has called me to fix this matter, the one who was going to call me Monica, nothing at all, I will continue to wait for them to call me, I told them, they don't like doing their job....TODAY 03/18/24 A ALMOST 3 AND A HALF YEARS, MONICA HAS NOT CALLED ME...

I don't know who is in charge of this building but it clear that nobody works here because they actually care about people. Spent 3 hrs at this building to be spoken to like a child by some PA name Melissa. She wants to recommend Physical Therapy for constant pain that won't be fixed with Physical Therapy. Was issue Xray work the same day and had to wait over an hour for other people to check in for Xrays and get called before myself even though I had been waiting there for a while. The ladies working the Xray check in were extremely rude and didn't bother to look up from their computer. The lady in the actual Xray room talked to me like I was stupid. It's clear to me that Famil Health Care Network is more concerned with getting their fair share of Money rather actually providing good Healthcare.

I went with a fever and doctor didn't care to test me for COVID. They tested me for strept and that's all. When I've told him I've been sick for two weeks he still didn't have Covid as a thought. I do pretty well with pain management and I woke up this morning at 4am with a bad fever and told the Dr I was crying bc my head was pounding. Dr continues by asking me "why are you crying you're an adult? Is it because you're a girl?" That was so insensitive and weird as a doctor. They did prescribe me medication but no pee test or anything. Horrible service. That Asian Dr a Weirdo

I've just moved to Visalia and my family had to go on Medicaid. Although we appreciate the assistance we've received through Medicaid, it's unfortunate that the clinic available for Medicaid patients are unprofessional. The front office staff are not to welcoming or friendly, leaving you to wonder if you'll be acknowledged. We check in on time or even earlier, and still takes half an hour+ to get called in. The scheduling is so backed up, which I can understand, however, in emergency cases, they don't have a call list and just say "this is all we have", meanwhile I've heard multiple times that there are cancellations almost everyday. I've called a few times to see if there are sooner openings, but we get the same answer. "This is all we have". They've moved too many of my families appointments around without calling to inform us until it's too late and we're just receiving a confirmation text a few days before the appointment was moved to. The dental schedule is the most concerning. I've worked for children's dental offices and a periodontal office. All offices make their time worth it while scheduling patients fitting whatever work needs to get done within the same quadrant to save both Dr and patient time. At family healthcare network, my daughter has multiple areas that needs working on and without even consulting me, they referred her to a specialist that puts the child under to do all the work. My daughter is not an apprehensive patient so she does not need to be sedated. All it takes is an hour to work on 2-3 (baby) teeth in the same quadrant if it's just fillings of course. They schedule 1 full hour for 1 small tooth that takes 20 minutes for a filling, so far as we've had my daughters 1st two appointments. I keep requesting for them to work on all the teeth in the same quadrant and I get different excuses from scheduling staff, hygienists, AND the Dr. I've also heard, "well it's different here". How frustrating! The back staff is more friendly, but I do think some changes should be made for the best of the patients and this company. If we had another option to choose with better service, we would choose it. Thank you to those who do try to make Family Healthcare Network a better environment.

Honestly, you guys suck so bad! No one answers the damn phone here. Your auto generated text messages give me all the wrong information for my appointments. Oh and did I mention no one answers the phone!

I gave 2 stars because the walk-in clinic was pretty quick and was clean. One of the front lady's at the front was ridiculously rude. They didnt have my husband on our sons file and that was a huge ordeal as he shouldve been on there from prior visits. My husband has taken him several times to FHCN in Tulare with zero issues. They advised only my husband can go back with him even though we watched families of people pile out from the back. The doctor was great but the rest of the staff may need some training and treat everyone fairly.

The Fresno location. 1. In April, I took off work to do my appointment. After I arrived I learned the doctor was not available and they had left me a voicemail two hours prior (but I do not have my phone at work). I lost pay for nothing. 2. In June, the doctor decided to DOUBLE my blood pressure meds, but the RX was written for "1/2 a pill daily" of the doubled dose....so not doubled. I had to call multiple times ti fix it. Then after another visit in August, they renewed the old "1/2 a pill" fiasco AGAIN. 3. I'm in my 50s and have had many paps. Theirs was THE most uncomfortable. 4. The doctor ordered bloodwork done, which I should have been able to do downstairs after my appointment. However, after a half an hour wait they said they could see the order "pending" but still had no dr signature. 5. The parking lot is a disaster. If you have to go here use the parking garage. 6. Getting a person on the phone is torture. They want everything done through a portal.

They refused to see me because I did a walk-in one week ago for the same reason, even though I expressed that my symptoms were worsening (after a positive strep test). They did, however, see my son, but attempted not to under the guise that he had a scheduled follow-up IN A WEEK. My son is 1 y/o and they treated me like I was exaggerating when I expressed that he was whining and acting sick (although a parent knows their child and what is normal). HORRIBLE experience. Felt like they did everything to not have to see us and now I have to try Urgent Care or travel to a nearby town in hopes of having my health concerns addressed.

This place is so clean and efficient!I will never go to another walk in ...urgent care facility. We were in the waiting room no more than 5 minutes before being seen. Drs are caring and empathetic.

This place in Tulare both locations are horrid. I've been mistreated MULTIPLE TIMES. I could swear the obgyn can't remember her name as I never returned, I swear her and the assistant acted like unprofessional twats like high school kids laughing and talking crap as if I'm not rite there in front of them as if I'm a total idiot and that's not the worst of that visit this obgyn YELLED AT ME because I said I may as well leave, because they were not even going to examine what i was there for because someone didn't put it in the paperwork and I had to get a ride so this person lost wages for that time away from work and also i can be humiliated and treated with ZERO RESPECT. Lady has no business working with woman in obgyn if she's this horrid and narcissistic. A male doctor I saw there and told him I hadn't had a period in over 3 years HE PUT IT ON MY PAPERS THAT IM IN PERIMENOPAUSE BECAUSE IM UNDER 50 like a true moron.

Run away from this place, don't waste you or your family's time with this mess, go to Adventist. The "doctors" are not personal and the wait time is unacceptable.

Unprofessional, unorganized, confused, and lost would describe the staff at Family Health Care Network on School St in Visalia Ca. Besides waiting 45 mins to be seen you walk in OBGYN answer your OWN questions baby does not even get checked and they send your right off. Horrible customer service. I then requested for a medical release form to change doctors for this reason, medical assistant made many excuses not to fill it out as they are very busy etc. I still made it a point i needed it done here we are 3 Mondays later no trace of the signed medical record release form. I now have to go back in and sign again, Ridiculous staff is an understatement they're all running around like chickens with they're heads cut off.

Went in for a mammogram. Honestly, I've heard so much bad stuff about getting one of those. The lady that did mine was very careful not to hurt me. I really appreciate the level of care I was given. She was really nice and very understanding when I obviously had no clue what I was doing. Thanks.
