The food here has always been great! Today I placed an order over the phone and I felt like I was an inconvenience to the person who answered. so much so that she hung up on me after giving me my total and she was huffing and puffing as she took my order. It didn't stop there I had to call her back to see how long until it was ready because she had hung up on me. When we went to pick up the food her body language matched. She was annoyed with me for being a customer. Hopefully costumer service can improve. That's all I asked.

Fast and friendly service. Always get what I ordered the way I wanted it. Much better service then downtown or their Tulare location.

Clearly the shrimp is over cooked. Shrimp takes minutes to cook. Any cook that gets hired at fugazzis should know that. This is completely burnt. Not only that but absolutely no flavor to the pasta. We also ordered shrimp Alfredo and they sent it over with nooooo shrimp! Visalia has terrible food but fugazzi was one of the only decent ones. I guess not anymore.

Had the turkey bacon avocado croissant and it was just okay. It was supposed to come with avocado and mayo but it had no mayo and very little avocado. Very dry. Should have gone to a place nearby and it would have been better.

The fettecini Alfredo was watered down zero flavor, chicken carbonara was definitely not carbonara no bacon only ham the edamame was too hard.Gave an extra star due to the staff being extremely nice. From this personal experience I will not dine here again.

Tonight's dinners (4 of us) were average to mediocre. Pizza, halibut, chicken marsala, penne pasta ... The waiter was extremely rushed, unfriendly and said they ran out of ice so our soft drinks had no ice. The bar was serving cocktails with ice! It was just an expensive dinner and we'll likely not return (we drove from Fresno).

If you have food allergies avoid this place. The ingredients listed on the menu or not what's in the food. Grilled onions aren't grilled they are fried with flour on the outside. Did not contain arugula but spinach instead I'm allergic to spinach. They remade it and then added cheese to it which I told them I did not want. I am also allergic to cheese.

My husband's avocado bacon Turkey sandwich was wonderful-- my chicken tequila pasta wasn't edible. Almost like pasta swimming in a soup. Chicken was too tough to eat with the plastic fork I was given-- so I decided to take it home to try a real fork. I was hoping putting it on a plate might also help-- but not-- just not good. Went to the trash can. But just as bad was our request for water. We were charged $5.50 plus tax for two waters. I told my husband that that had to be a mistake-- so we went back up to counter. He was told it was right-- he was told they charge for everything. What?!? Then I noticed the couple next to us had clear cups of water-- so I asked and they said the same girl had given them water cups when they asked for water. We didn't ask for water to go-- it was an eat in order-- so why didn't we get our FREE water cups?

Close to Holiday Inn, counter service, so much better than fast food.

I wish I could give half stars because it would be 3.5. The atmosphere was good and the employees were very nice and helpful.I ended up ordering a chicken wrap and salad. The salad was your basic salad with creamy vinaigrette. It was decent. The chicken wrap had a pretty good flavor but the chicken was nasty. It was rubbery and tough. It was probably microwaved. This was a deal breaker for me. I get that the meal is very affordable so they may not have it in their time budget to cook fresh but they should. The outside of the wrap had grill marks on it but it was somewhat flimsy and a bit soggy. If it were grilled it should have held up better. I think the whole thing may have been microwaved. Possibly a Sysco product. If it were made fresh this place would do very well and maybe they do but nothing beats fresh.Additionally there were only 4 people in here besides me. One young man was waiting for a pie. Apparently they couldn't get the order right and had to make him a new one. There's only 4 people in here. It's not that hard folks. I would hate to see what happens in a rush. The employees seem to have a good time which is great. It's better than not getting along. I think they might have too much of a good time and are lacking on details. Maybe not but it just seems they were more interested in their own world and not the clients. There was one young lady working hard and not messing around. She seems pretty responsible. The other female and a male seem to play a bit.
