The staff is unprofessional. It’s a bunch of young kids who goof off while making the drinks. This results in the drinks taking forever to come out. In the midst of this they mess up order after order, forgetting ingredients that customers not only ask for but pay extra. This is irritating when you pay extra money to have something added but then you have to ask the workers to actually put it in the drink.

Staff was incredibly rude. As soon as we arrived around 8:15 they immediately started complaining to each other. Keep in mind they close at 8:30. I work at Starbucks and we do not treat customers with disrespect even if they show up 5 minutes before closing. It was very unwelcoming so we left.

Awful service!!! I can't taste the tea, tasted mostly milk. Ask for extra boba in different cup for my daughter and they won't even give it to me even though I said I will pay!!! They said is a company policy, that's a weird company policy. One lady just kept staring at me!! I went to boba place in so many places, this is so far the worse experience I ever had.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Gong Cha! I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Milkshake with a Mango Smoothie, and it was fantastic. The milkshake was rich and creamy with the perfect sweetness from the brown sugar boba, which had a delightful chewiness. Great drinks, nice little place. Less than stellar customer service. Went in the other day to treat my daughter and her friend. We all order and get our drinks, on our way out, and notice one of the drinks didn't come with the boba. No biggie, we bring it up and the young girl at the counter starts to correct the order but then hears something from her supervisor, so she kindly asks us to wait while she speaks with her supervisor. She comes back and says she has to charge us for the boba since it wasn't on the order, even though it was requested during the order. Any other place would have scooped a little boba and threw it in the drink. Would have been so much easier. So I had to dig out the debit card for a 76 cent transaction. Way to keep your customers happy. Boo to you, supervisor.
The Thai tea did not taste authentic. The earl grey had a strong perfume smell and was bitter.

Delicious and completely customizable drinks. Loved how you can choose the level of sweetness of your drink. The location is great, spacious, clean and interesting, staff is friendly and quick to serve. Their passion green tea was loaded with boba and coconut jelly pieces. It made my cells dance and i enjoyed every sip.
