Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

The sassy man in the front that was taking orders on Sep 17th at 2pm has the worst attitude ever. If you don’t like working in customer service, then find another job.

Hands down one of the best—if not the best—ice cream spots on the planet. Every flavor I’ve tried has been incredible. The sorbets are top-notch (my kid can’t get enough of the mango), and the sherbets are just as good. My wife is obsessed with anything banana-flavored, and I haven’t found a single thing I dislike.

The Blueberry Cobbler flavor? Absolute fire. Maybe my favorite of all.

This is the spot for ice cream in Visalia. Even if there’s a line, it’s worth the wait every single time.

Handel’s was great! It was my first time and I was indecisive on which flavors to get–they all sounded so good. Ash was very friendly! They helped me choose a couple different flavors for the sampler they have and I couldn’t have been more satisfied! An enjoyable experience all around!

Handles is one of my fav ice cream spots! Ash was super helpful and let us try several ice cream flavors before we decided on which flavors we preferred. Ended up with the good ol’ strawberry flavor in a cone and it was amazing! This location has great customer service and Ash was really nice!

Ice cream is meh? It's a bunch of crazy flavors and they rush you when you're trying to place the order. If you want to try one they act all annoyed. Definitely not my first choice for ice cream and won't go out of my way for it 🤷‍♀️

This ice cream place was busy at 10:50 P.M. on a week night, but it IS summer afterall and the evening temperatures are just right for enjoying a treat outside with friends. The selection includes sorbet and fruit slushies. The crew was very friendly and helpful too. I shouldn't have indulged so much tonight on my first visit but I can and will go back for more!
