Absolutely the best ice cream I have ever had, and I don’t mean in Visalia only, any place I have ever had ice cream. I would recommend it to everyone!!

I’m from LA and I’m so glad they brought it to this area ! The wide selection of ice cream and low prices is what makes Handels one of a kind. The employees in this location were so polite, explained all the flavors, and so patient with costumers. They went out of their way to write down the flavors on my tubs and now I get to take home and eat whatever I couldn’t finish !Parking: Free parking all around

The ice cream is of similar quality to Cold Stone It's not as creamy but it is more flavorful However the service is fine it's just the wait time is extremely long it seems like they kind of understaffed this

The ice cream is really good even though I have only been here once with one flavor haven gotten attgis time. There are so many different flavors and ways to eat their ice cream to choose from. You order at an outside window. There is se outside eating as well. I highly recommend this ice cream place.

Tried the sampler with Black Cherry, Banana Cream Pie, Orange Dream Cream & Mint Oreo. I never had ice cream so rich in flavor and creamy. The amount of flavors is pretty impressive. This is def my go-to for ice cream! Def a must!!!

Be aware…the traditional banana split is not actually a banana split in half…is more like a one quarter of a banana sliced…that is, if they don’t forget to put the banana on “the banana split” in which case you will get the banana in a cup and an apology for forgetting the banana in “the banana split”..the ice cream flavors are good though…the service is like the old saying “they had one job ?♀️”
