I enjoyed the location, food service and atmosphere.... Although, when I was there there were few children there... Only say this from a Pinay friend who told me this concerning Asian food; I had heard similar comments concerning Mexican restaurants from Hispanic people I was around at the time. But then went anyway and ENJOYED it.... So learned it my just be a personal preference that was reflected in their comments -- go for your self taste and see.... Thought it was nice; only...

We have always enjoyed Lum Lums for years!! We have been coming here when are boys were in high chairs and they are in their mid 20's and early 30's now. We have NEVER had food poisoning or any problems. We usually eat in the dining room next to the bar. It is so nice and peaceful and the server is always professional and sweet. Their food is fresh and flavorful and plentiful. We love the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sizzling Rice Soup but we have NEVER had anything here...

My sister-in-law grew up in Visalia and took us here for lunch. I'm so glad she did. The food was amazingly delicious.I wish I had 2 stomachs to eat all the variety of foods that we ordered.I would highly recommend this restaurant.The food was so good.
