Omg it’s so good. When you need that sweet treat after lunch or dinner , definitely stop here. Their menu is like choice overload, but just focus on flavors that speak to you. It is time consuming so also have patience ! Yummy 😋

Genuinely terrible and extreamly overpriced ice cream and somehow even worse customer service. please don’t come here and waste way too much money and wait way too long. i ordered 2 ice creams and they were both made wrong and tasted gross and i waited over an hour. the workers are rude the store is dirty and it was way too loud. never coming here again and id highly recommend that you don’t either. one of the worst food experiences i’ve ever had.

Loved this place for a late night after dinner dessert! Delicious!!
I ordered a sugar free vase with the twisted pretzel and the girl did not leave it long enough to freeze therefore it wouldn’t roll. I have a photo of how pathetic my ice cream looked. No one offered to help her out when everyone clearly saw how much she was struggling. Very disappointed.

My husband, I stumbled upon this establishment while walking on Main Street during our vacation to the sequoias. This ice cream is insanely good and let me tell you we’ve eaten our fair share of ice cream. You can definitely tell that it’s homemade and with the plethora of options there is definitely going to be something for everyone. It was almost hard to choose! Each time we went the service was warm and friendly and it’s definitely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. If we are ever back in Visalia, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

i love love love the ice cream here, and i don’t leave reviews often but the attitude some employees here have is such a mood killer, don’t want to come back cause it’s actually uncomfortable how much they lack the basic customer service skill of being kind. last time, cashier was just sassy over me clarifying my order. this is pricy, of course i want to make sure there’s no misunderstandings. no need for attitude. this time the person making the ice cream was even more off putting cause i noticed they didn’t charge me out for cheesecake in my order, no biggie, just want that in my ice cream that i was craving, but they have such an unnecessary attitude (girl with glasses). i’ve learned to love customer service at my own job so i don’t understand putting your bad mood on your customers. hope they fix that cause ice cream is not bad despite being made with dislike.

Me and my daughters were enjoying our friday afternoon on the last day of school. Until it came to our surprise that we were treated with a rude cashier. Not only was she rude, we were served icecream that tasted like rotten milk. When we brought it to the cashier's attention, we were once again met with absolute unprofessional behavior. Instead of receiving an apology we were given disrespect as if it was our fault their dishes had poor ingredients. I understand we have our poor days, but we must take responsibility for our mistakes and actions.
