Great service! Delicious dessert! My daughter was in rolled ice cream heaven! We were attending the state championship for USA gymnastics & another gymnast recommended this place to my daughter. We are so happy we went. The vibe is pretty cool & so many options! Wish we could go again, but Visalia is too far for ice cream. Lol! If I ever find myself is Visalia again. I'm headed here!

The Ice cream is amazing but the staff isn’t. My family and I have been here before and had no issues but tonight we decided to stop by to get some ice cream. We arrived an hour before closing, we were advised the restroom was closed due to closing soon and due to them cleaning it already. We also were told we couldn’t sit down outside on their chairs and table they had outside because they would be closing soon and started putting the chairs and tables inside. It seemed as if we were getting rushed out the door so they can close yet they weren’t due to close for another hour. The two female workers who were on shift were heard complaining about how much people there were and how dirty everything was. I definitely won’t be coming back.

This is definitely an experience. We really enjoyed watching them, make our ice cream, and picking our own flavors. However, I docked a star because the staff did not seem incredibly helpful as it was our first time. The ice cream definitely turns out more of an icy texture. It's also a bit on the pricey side, of course you're paying for the service of the making it too, though. No seating inside.

Great ice-cream creations and pleasant service. I chose the Cookie Monster. The texture is unique and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Love this place. If you've never been there, put it on your bucket list. So many great choices if you like Ice Cream. Furthermore, some of the best ice cream you will ever taste.

Really tasty ice cream. I had the peanut butter and (strawberry) jelly one. Delicious! Fast friendly service. Public restroom, too. They had some tables outside.

I’m very picky with my ice cream but I really enjoyed this place and the ice cream was scrumptious.

Different experience for ice cream and if your in the Visalia area check them out. Don't forget to follow them on Facebook or instagram prior to completing your order- you get 10percent off . If you pay cash you also get a discount too. Staff was busy and working hard to complete orders. While there making your order they call your number ,so you can watch them closely assembling your masterpiece. I ordered the muddy tail ... chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and hot fudge .... Equals yum in my tum.

What a fun concept. They roll liquid ice cream into rolls with whatever toppings. The only change I would recommend would be to have marshmallow fluff as a topping. That would have elevated the whole thing. Service is very friendly and the ambiance is cool! I will definitely be back!

Made in front of your eyes with a certain amount of panache and brouhaha, we just managed to finish half a cup each, and wisely threw the other half - it was not a fantastic experience for us from the first bite. It tasted more greasy then creamy - not a very nice consistency, ( do they use condensed milk, or something?) and the taste ( we had salted caramel and something blue with cookies) was not very outspoken. The portions are small ( a few thin icecream rolls) and at ten bucks a pop, the stuff does not exactly come cheap. Our advice: ten dollars will probably buy you a lot of good, tasty gelato someplace else.

This place is must if you are in the downtown area, we went after the Visalia car show (I know I'm late with the review), this place is awesome! It's pricey, and a different spin how they serve ice cream, liquid nitrogen is their best friend. The menu can be overwhelming as options abound. They even post their secret menu! We enjoyed their cinnamon flavored ice cream, tasted just like a Churro! The service was quick, the line can stretch out the door, parking can be limited, a dozen reasons easy for why you shouldn't go; let's just say it's worth your time! The ambiance is quaint, small, and a couple of stanchion's for people to line up. Our son loved it also, kids can be picky when it comes to sweets!

Amazing artists at their work. They don't hide their work, they NEED you to watch and be available to answer anything that the Customer would like on their dessert. I'm from SoCal. I'll be here all week. I'm sure this will not be the last time.

Cute little ice cream place in the downtown area. Honestly we would have preferred to eat at a more "conventional" ice cream place, but we couldn't find one nearby! So we gave this place a shot. We weren't impressed with the whole concept. I mean, it's different, but I don't know why you'd prefer this over regular ice cream. It's waayy more pricey, it takes longer to prepare, are very small portions, and is slightly confusing! I was annoyed because I kept asking the guy at the register to explain it to me, since we'd never been there before, and he had this spiel he recited to me THREE times. Like literally, didn't change what he said once. I clearly didn't understand what he was explaining and it might do both of us good to rephrase? Like I was asking something specific about the toppings, and he would recite the whole thing from top to bottom all over again. It was very frustrating. When you're already having ice cream that's so different and then can't get a straight explanation... Not the greatest. As for the ice cream. They roll it in thin sheets with the toppings you want incorporated inside or placed on top. It just didn't hit the spot for me. It felt like very little ice cream (I got the small because it was so expensive), although it was kinda creative. I would just never prefer this (thin sheet) over having a mouthful of ice cream. Won't be coming back, but feel generous with my rating because I know it's a small business.
