I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this place. The owner was there working his ass off, making his business great. The food was over the top delicious. This is a great introduction to Mediterranean food. It's got that chipotle/subway thing going on, where you select the ingredients to your meal as they create it, which makes it fun and exciting for the uninitiated. This is rare, but you can taste each ingredient of your wrap/pita/bowl in each bite. Bursting with flavor is not an exaggeration. There's a mountain of flavor in each bite because everything is super fresh. We visited with the owner for a bit, and he explained to us how he orders ingredients to be shipped in daily. He obviously takes a huge amount of pride in his business, and the energy of this place makes me want to find a reason to come back

Hummus Republic has quickly become my go-to spot for a satisfying and healthy meal. This week, I returned for a second time, drawn to the irresistible combination of flavors and textures. The pita chips are simply divine, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and addictive. The fried Falafels were so fresh and delightful. These items are a must have!
Eddie, was super genuine, friendly and knowledgeable who elevated our dining experience. His passion for the food was evident as he recommended his signature sauce combination, a delightful blend of flavors that tantalized my taste buds. Eddie's warm hospitality and inspiring story made our visit even more memorable.

We're from Vancouver Island travelling for 8 days on an easy road trip. It's not easy sometimes to find a great vegitarian meal when travelling. This place was one of the best. We LOVED the service, varied hummus and much much more of the fresh food we had to eat. The falafels we ordered were perfectly made, crispy on the outside but moist inside. We highly recommend this place!!

This is our second visit to this location, and it was fantastic. The staff are super friendly and offered samples of anything my kiddo wasn't sure about. The food is delicious, and the bounty of options makes this a really fun choice of restaurant where the food is completely customizable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunned by the food quality, portions, options, taste, and service! Would be my daily go to if I lived in the area. I got the Moroccan steak bowl with ALL the toppings. So good! I have to say I’m also really impressed with the service. These ladies have to repeat themselves a million times a day and they did so with grace. Extremely welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.
