I think the restaurant is under new management because the service and food quality have declined. I used to eat here weekly, but I hardly go anymore because their fryer is never available. It hasn't worked the last three times I went. Very disappointing!

Loved it! The ladies working behind the counter were AMAZING! It was the first time here for most of our party of 5 and the ladies behind the counter were so friendly, warm, and helpful. They walked us through everything and delivered exceptional service. I was visiting my bestie, but I'm going to want to go here every time I visit. It was like a healthier, Mediterranean-inspired version of Chipotle... you start by picking if you want to make a bowl, wrap, or pita. Then you select your hummus, grains, greens, protein, veggies, and sauce. I got a wrap with chicken shawarma and it was huge and delicious. They had a selection of flavored lemonade and my party raved about the strawberry in particular. I wish there was one of these in my hometown. But I will definitely return the next time I'm in Visalia.

Service was phenomenal, the food however was ok. This was my first time here and I ordered a bowl with chicken shawarma meat and couscous. The chicken was a little on the dry side, and the couscous was a bit mushy. I also ordered the chickpea croutons thinking they would be crunchy and they tasted strongly of oil and were complete mush. The falafel balls however were absolutely amazing and I should've just ordered a couple orders of those. Would've asked if the texture of the chickpeas was normal, however it was a takeout order and I was back to the office when I discovered it. Maybe another time ill give their bowls another chance. Hopefully I just caught them on an off day. The portion of food you get for the price you pay was reasonable.

Falafel and eggplant pitas were good and the sweet potatoes fries as well. Did not like the mushroom shawarma- mushrooms were rubbery and tasteless, just awful. Maybe even microwaved? No restaurant would knowingly serve mushrooms that unchewable. Can’t believe I paid extra to add the awful mushrooms to my pita. Pulled them all out and realized they had loaded my eggplant pita with the rubbery mushrooms and only gave me one piece of eggplant. Lame. I would have asked for a new one but it was takeout and I didn’t feel like going back.
I got pitta wrap with beef-lamb Gyro. I had to throw away the entire plate after two bites. I’ve never had this bad Mediterranean food in the past.

I got an Earth burger and paid extra for an addition of Moroccan Steak and used Roasted Red Pepper Tahini and Tzatziki as my condiments!! Oh lord this is bomb!!

I had lunch here with a friend yesterday and absolutely loved it! I’m a big fan of Mediterranean food, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered a bowl with steak, and it was packed with flavor—truly delicious. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. I wish I had taken photos, but we’ll definitely be back soon!

An elevated deli style restaurant with an incredible selection of Mediterranean cuisine! The hummus was delicious! The owner proudly served us and let us sample several offerings that were fresh and tasty! What a great addition to our city, it’s so nice to have excellent health food options for diverse preferences’ and lifestyles. Definitely going to be a favorite on my list! Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are skeptical about health food and its ability to be tasty! Give it a try and you can thank me later 😉👍

Eddie and his crew catered our 50th anniversary dinner. The food was perfect!
