The food was outstanding — but the experience begins the moment you walk in. We were greeted with genuine warmth and treated like guests in someone’s home. The service was welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful, just as it has been every time I’ve visited. Tina and Rohit both provided excellent and hospitable service. We ordered a generous spread: aloo gobi, vegetable korma, shahi paneer, butter chicken, rice, garlic naan, and chicken tandoori — and every dish was excellent. My husband says the butter chicken is the best he’s ever had. The true standouts were the chicken tandoori and the garlic naan. The tandoori arrived sizzling, perfectly seasoned, with onions that were lightly caramelized and sweet. The flavors and textures across the meal were spot-on. This was easily one of the best meals we’ve had out in a long time. A must-visit for anyone who loves incredible food paired with warm, gracious hospitality.

Our first time here and everything was absolutely excellent. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and our waiter, Ali, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional. I always request that my friend group goes here when I visit Visalia. This place is such a gem! The food makes my mouth water and I wast to savor every bite. I couldn’t tell you what to order because everything is so good! From butter chicken to vindaloo you can’t go wrong. Don’t skip the variety naan basket! It never matters who serves you because the entire staff is professional, attentive, and kind. If you haven’t been here- what the heck is stopping you?! Don’t walk run to the Hungry Elephant!

Not great food. The Naan served were half cooked and so were the rotis. Surprised with the ratings and how come the food was so bad. There was almost no difference between the naans and the rotis as well as uncooked.

We had a very bad experience….food was cold specially gobi Manchurian, naan, mango lassi and tea….service was pathetic…also there manager called Ali was very rude and arrogant…when we told him about the food is not hot he started arguing with us and was not ready to compensate for it neither he was apologetic….overall I would say we had the worst experience.
