This is the 3rd time I ordered from this ihop and didn't receive all of our food. I also didn't receive the sauce for tres leches pancakes that costs extra! Very disappointed, especially when you're hungry and want what your ordered. Do not order for delivery from here! You will be disappointed!

Food made to order, fresh and hot. Coffee alwayz fresh & good. Waitresses Sommar, Carol, and Any are very friendly and attentive. Great friendly service. Restaurant is alwayz clean, including restrooms. Prices are more than reasonable. Just need to have better offers on their Rewardz program.

Our server Sommar was an absolute gem! She was attentive and friendly, and knew how to help us out as parents eating with a one-year-old. She also was wonderful with the other guests, knowing the regulars by name and their orders by heart. Stellar service! The food was as to be expected from a big chain restaurant. Nothing spectacular, but still fine. The pancakes were yummy, and the bacon perfectly crispy. But the eggs and hashbrowns were bland. Just add extra ketchup :).
The food is good but alittle expensive for breakfast. The orange juice taste water down. Loved the coffee and they give good amount of creamer.

I grew up in Visalia, and I can truly say that this is everyone’s breakfast place. I remember going on dates and spending time with my family here. Everyone loves it. It’s better than all the breakfast places in town. The thing is, they really need a renovation. I hope corporate sees this because we need a new, improved IHOP. Everyone deserves it, including the workers here. This lady named Dora is absolutely amazing, though. Each time my family and I go, she’s honestly so sweet. Anyway, I hope corporate makes a new location because everyone deserves it.

Just had a bad experience this time, good food beside the eye lash in my ranch and also place us right under to A/C vents which was really cold would have been good on a nice summer day but it was a cool day so we asked if we could eat out on the patio and I over heard both associates talk and I heard a racial slur Among one of them say they want to eat outside. Just a hobble Experience.
