Well I hope who ever reads this is found in good health and great spirit. I've been coming to this location for about 3 months now, I woke up one morning knowing I was going to go to IHOP, because of this nudge I had in my heart. I always dine alone and from the first time I visited I knew I would be coming here frequently way before my waitress attended me. Then my waitress came and took my order with a genuine smile happy not only to help me but helping other tables in the vicinity. Very hard worker to say the least. All of my visits have been off the charts and my food was perfect. I get the breakfast value combo every time, its just the right amount of food for me at great price. All my 3 visits Angelica has been my waitress she is a bright light shinning, running around multitasking at its best 👌. I haven't took picture of my food cause, Well it's been really yummy but dont last long after my prayer but I promise to update a picture real soon. So if your visiting family in the area or a native hear IHOP on Mooney Blvd is a must try, coffee is always crisp and fresh tasting. So management good job on having great employees like Angelica. If it was not for IHOP being a trusted franchise I would never come back here again. I believe the owner is who I spoke with and she had an attitude to the way she spoke with me that I did not like at all. The employees look frightened even being near her presence from the outside looking in this does not look like a healthy work environment for anyone there. If any IHOP corporate looks at these reviews I say an investigation on the owner is much needed. If IHOP wasn’t attached to this owner I don’t think this IHOP would be in business any longer. Owner was rude and the employees look scared, that is a hostile work environment if I’ve ever seen one. Customer service on her part highly disappointing and inadequate for representing the IHOP brand, in my opinion. I believe if this IHOP wants to see any improvements on customer service then the owners should be thoroughly looked into. I don’t think the poor customer service reviews I’ve seen is at any fault of the employees but of their boss. With my short interaction with her I could see exactly why these reviews have been made and why the “owner” responds to them the way she does. This is a hostile work environment if I’ve ever seen one and those employees are at the hands of their boss. Just like everyone else in the world they have family and bills that need to be payed for. This owner is not a good representation of the IHOP brand and I will be taking my money, as a consumer, to the Tulare location. Those employees deserve a safe and healthy work environment not fear of being able to provide for themselves and work with a “friendlier” attitude. We’re all human and those ladies definitely deserve a chance not just as women but as mothers. Extremely disappointed in the management of this specific location.

North side of the restaurant is nice and relaxing Carol and Sommer are awesome, the south side is like a living soap opera..so much drama between the waitresses, they walk around like they just ate a lemon (sour face)

This was the worst customer service experience. Dora our waiter was distracted and not listening to what we were ordering. Another customer gave her a tip and she was more focused on the tip than our order. We had to repeat and ask several times. Even after asking for a glass of water twice we still had to ask again. We asked for our coffe cake pancakes to go. They were not to go. When asked for a Togo box the box wouldn’t fit the pancakes. We had to ask again for a bigger box. Very disappointing this is the only place we would go out to eat at.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from this ihop and didn't receive all of our food. I also didn't receive the sauce for tres leches pancakes that costs extra! Very disappointed, especially when you're hungry and want what your ordered. Do not order for delivery from here! You will be disappointed!
