Austin and Amarissa were very inconsiderate managers. After I addressed my concerns, they refused to come out and handle the situation in a professional manner. I waited over an hour in line and specifically stated that I wanted fresh food due to the wait, yet I was still given cold food. To make matters worse, no apology was ever extended by either manager. Completely unacceptable—do better! Karen was the only one that had great customer service when being addressed with the problem. Maybe she should be manager since the others don't have the qualifications.

In and out provides the best quality and quantity in regards to fast food hands down. Compared to the other options in town, In and Out Rocks!!! Especially in taste and quality. PLEASE don't change In and Out. If there were 2 in and outs on Mooney blvd Burger Queen and Mcyucks would fold up.

they got my order wrong, I got 2 reg fries and 1 animal style. I ordered 2 animal style. but, I thought I messed up. so, at the pickup window, I ordered another animal style fries. Food was great! and when I ordered the fries, I didn't realize I didn't get my CC back. One of the employees ran outside and waved me down, to give it back. So I was very grateful for that.
