I don’t know why this location always gets my orders wrong or something seems to go wrong to get on my nerves, but my order was wrong again when I went on the 5th around 2:30ish pm today through the drive through. They were doing shift change I’m assuming and that might have been why they got a hamburger wrong even tho they were both exactly the same, but to top it off it just annoyed me that the girl had me wait for the other car next to me to finish ordering (which got there after me) by the guy taking over so they let that car go first.
Staff members here go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I've been eating at In-N-Out forEVER and while my experience in the dining room, every time, has been pleasant, this was the first time that I'd have to rate it exceptional!
The management team Herr, has it together for sure!

There was a lot of people in line and in the restaurant, but our food was served very fast, didn't had to wait that long, like always, the staff very friendly and keeping an eye of how clean the restaurant was.
