giving the bare minimum of food quantity. my husband and I orders online, but because I use to work for this company and the issues within the workers. Management purposely makes our order unenjoyable.😂. Penny or whoever ,Please check your workers in the kitchen if you guys do actually care about that, cause some employees are raised in the working place to be like management. If it’s not the food quantity it’s either something missing in our bag. People come here to get something to eat quickly not for another chaos/drama, please do better, y’all may not care about what I have to say but, everything you guys make in the paystub comes from us customers, my husband comes here after a double shift the least you could do is have respect and appreciation to officers who puts their life on hold to protect our country n citizens. make the food properly like how you guys were taught, it’s outrageous that you guys are disregarding the criticism/bad review, yet the management is childish and but that’s the world we live in. 🤷🏻♀️
I ordered online with a mobile order, and an employee stole my order and told me I can't redeem what I paid for. Talked to the manager, and they said they couldn't do anything about it.
