They have a new policy if u want to use the restroom you have to make a purchase which is useless i am picking up online order for doordash and just trying to use the restroom but the employees told me to make a purchase first which is basically makes no sense never coming back here.

This place is lucky to even get a 1 star review I went here thinking that it was as the name states "FAST FOOD" just to wait 30 minutes in a line of 3 cars. On top of all this they got most of my order wrong. And I was also asking for a drink that was clearly on the menu they said they couldn't find it. Overall bad place never going there again.

I ordered online 2 breakfast jacks with NO HAM and a halfsie fries i am disappointed with both honesty i specifically put no ham because im vegetarian and yet they still gave it to me with ham im not super picky so i just picked the ham off and still ate it but its very frustrating especially when i specified i didn’t want ham what if someone’s allergic??!? will they ignore other requests too?? also the halfsie fries were all old and look like scraps. the curly fries weren’t even curly. very disappointing. On top of that I ordered online 20 minutes prior coming in to pick up and i walked in thinking my order would be ready but the employee just said that i had come for my order to the team in the back she didn’t even address me directly!! i was waiting there for a long time for the order i made 20 minutes ago!!! this jack in the box is close to my school but i doubt i will be back.

I went with my Son and Daughter in-law to have breakfast and my Neighbor ask me if I could give him a ride to get something to eat. I ordered my food with my coupon and paid and when my Neighbor wanted to order this manager Melissa refuse to help my Neighbor that because the policia(police) which she meant policy (póliza) was just one coupon per visit, my Neighbor told her that he had his own coupon and that he was going to pay separately but she insisted that the policia said no more than one coupon. It was a sad experience for the old man that really loves the delicious tacos from Jack in the Bos. Sad to say this kind of employees are the ones that give a bad reputation to the business.
