The manager or cashier treated us horribly at 12:12 pm this day. We urgently needed to go to the bathroom, and she wouldn't let us in until we paid. She wasn't polite either. I won't be returning to this place.

We were ordering in the drive through and I went inside to use the bathroom, the guy Juan didn’t believe we were in the drive thru and he just stood there with a dumb look on his face with an attitude. We got out of line from the drive thru mid order because of this guy. It’s jack in the box, not the Taj Mahal, we have thousands of points because we’d come here once a week. Nicole at corporate should fire this guy and Chelsea the manager that we complained to that didn’t care and just asked so are you going to order now. Um no why would we give this place money now, now at McDonald’s buying food.

I had went through the drive through and used a coupon and when i paid i handed the cashier the coupon with the money i even gave him the coupon code when i order he told me to park in the front and he would bring the food out to me when he came to my car he asked for the coupon i told him i already gave him the coupon and when i paid and he told me no i did not but im 100 percent sure i did and he just stood there holding my food looking at me with a blank stare it was very strange and he just stood there looking at me like he wasnt gonna had me my food so i told do you want me pay the difference it was so awkward he made me so uncomfortable once i told him do you want me to pay the difference he told me no its ok. But it was just strange to argue about the coupon and stand there with a blank stare holding my order hostage

7/8/25 Tuesday girl at the window very unprofessional, my friend was ordering through the drive thru, she did her order with a coupon and I wanted to make my own order separate as a second order with my own coupon, but she said she can’t do that she even asked her supervisor and said to go inside if we want to make two orders. It doesn’t make sense, we are two separate bills from same car and we are not allowed just because we are using two coupons but is two different orders, wow.. so I decided to not order anything so we left and went to buy in another burger place! I was taking my friends there to eat every other week but now we decided to go to the Habit and Burger King. Wow! how stupid is to ask people to make two order inside because you are not allowed in the car 😒🤦🏻♀️. No wonder I see less customers at Jack is getting worse every time. But I’m not going there anymore! Don’t bother to send coupon at my house. Burgers king and the habit does let me do that, also some other days there are some other employees at the window in Jack and they do let me make two orders is just that lady at the window or the supervisor that thinks she is the owner make this stupid rules . Because the coupons specifically says not to use two coupons in the same order but we were making two orders each is not like she will make more money to be that strict she will make the same $ won’t get any richer but will loose customers and Jack will close sooner! not smart at all 👎🏻 anyway curly fries are more expensive than regular and they always gives me small leftovers pieces .. Jack is not the same as back in the days ! Sad ! 😞
