(first thing i wanna mention is that i got no receipt!!!! they didn’t even ask me. i usually scan in the points when i pay cash)
I’m here 2-3 times a week, and I always order the same spicy wedges. I’ve never had an issue.
Today, I was the first one in drive thru at 1pm on a Thursday, and I order like usual.

I get down the street, check the bag, and they put my wedges box vertical. I usually add sauce to them, so I pulled out the wedges box and chaos ensued. Sauce leaked all over the rest of the items in my bag. And on top of that, before I could even catch it, it spilled on my open soda can I had in my cup holder. There was sauce and cheese from the wedges all over the place because for the first time ever, they put my wedges vertical, and there’s holes all over the sides/top of the box.

Definitely going to check my bag before I leave next time. I know the wedges are called “hot mess” but come on.. lol.
Not sure if this visit was worth the clean up. I pulled out some napkins to clean up, and even they had sauce on them

My experience at the Jack in the Box on Fern was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very poor. The cashier, Hannah G, took about 5 minutes to even acknowledge us at the window. I understand things can get busy, but there was no apology or explanation. She handed us cold food, took the payment, and shut the window without saying anything. The lack of communication and basic courtesy made this a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not what I expect as a customer.

I just came to jack in the box and place my order
I didn’t check my order till i got to my room and there where not busy at all!

So i ask for 2 tacos and curly flies when I got to my room, I noticed the curly fries were not in the bag and I open the tacos just to check them and they were disgusting. I drove back to the Jack-in-the-Box twice and was going on my where is my curly fries and I also told him about the tacos and they just say I’m sorry I apologize they were not busy at all. I was the only person is 10 PM right now they was no cars in the back there was no no one waiting. There’s no excuse for them to forget something and not make the food, right

When i come during the day service is perfect restaurant is super clean but when I come at night its a completely different story. The worker today on the window… I understand its late at night but she had a attitude during the speaker and it was even worse when we got to the window. They messed up our orders as well but maybe different night crew is needed because everytime I come late it is not the same as during the day.

Just an average... or so basic Jack in the box near the highway. 🤷‍♂️ But I'll say this much though... Their was one truck in front of me at the drive thru window while I was ordering my 1 single spicy chicken sandwich and we both waited at least 30mins plus or what so ever minute for our food. 😆 And that's just wild as heck... because the drive thru gal didn't apologize for the super long wait and nor the dining lounge was busy and full of guest at all. 🙄
