Food wasn't hot was warm curly fries seemed stail, Dr pepper was watered down.
This is the slowest jack in the box ever,every time I come it takes so long,I don’t even like coming to this location because I know how long they take,and most the time I do stay away from this location because of that,a “fast food” place that’s around a lot of warehouses where people work should be going a lot faster knowing that a lot of these people are on their lunch, it takes more than half my lunch to even receive my food,this is terrible

Cleanest and nicest jack in the box I’ve ever seen. Stopped by on the way to Yosemite. All I got was an Oreo shake but A+ experience. The place looks like a canes inside.

So I Came in on my lunch break not their fault that I only had 15/20 mins left to order but it is their fault I left before ordering because I had walked in and received little to no help … just stood there for 7-8 mins before an employee asked mobile order I said no she then replied with I’ll be over to help in a bit .. I waited another 2 mins then walked out customer service sucks

On. At least 4 occasions I've ordered and when I pick up the drive thru last is very rude and argumentative very pretty girl ugly attitude .. mean and hateful and always argumentative .
Waited in the drive through for over 20 mins with only 3 cars in line before me. Got nothing from the person at wind she looked like she did not even leant to be there. And they want 20 dollars and hour for bad service.

I visited this morning and ordered a jumbo breakfast platter with French toast sticks, along with another breakfast combo and two upgraded coffees. The employees were kind and fast preparing the food, the coffees tasted delicious as always which is why I'm giving this review 2 stars.
However, I did not receive any condiments but I did not expect to ask for syrup to accompany my French toast. I saw it in the photo and just figured they would provide it. Also, it wasn’t cold but did not taste super fresh. For a breakfast that cost over $33, I expected better quality. For that kind of money, it just doesn’t seem worth it anymore.
It also begs the question: why do customers have to remind fast food restaurants to provide essential components of their advertised dishes? The quality of food, especially without syrup, left me feeling like I just wasted some of my money☹️

Was in the drive thru line . The girl taking my order got my order wrong and I corrected her . And I get to the window and paid . And I get home and they gave me the wrong order! I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and got a cheeseburger ! Definitely need new workers who aren’t lazy!
