I was traveling on the freeway and I stopped here to use the restroom. The bathroom was impressively clean. The staff were friendly. There was a lock on the bathroom door so I thought I would have to purchase an item before I could use their facilities but no. The manager said no problem and opened the bathroom door. I just wanted to say thank for your kindness and understanding. I will definitely dine here in the future.

I was over charged and when brought to their attention they refused to refund the amount charged and wouldn’t even offer any apologies. They just shrugged their shoulder and walked away locking the drive thru window behind them. Worst service I ever experienced in my life

Food wasn't hot was warm curly fries seemed stail, Dr pepper was watered down.
This is the slowest jack in the box ever,every time I come it takes so long,I don’t even like coming to this location because I know how long they take,and most the time I do stay away from this location because of that,a “fast food” place that’s around a lot of warehouses where people work should be going a lot faster knowing that a lot of these people are on their lunch, it takes more than half my lunch to even receive my food,this is terrible

Cleanest and nicest jack in the box I’ve ever seen. Stopped by on the way to Yosemite. All I got was an Oreo shake but A+ experience. The place looks like a canes inside.
