Food here is not to bad as far as affordability now thats questionable, not their fault tho. For a quick bite to eat, especially offering a 24 hour service. I give it a four out of five.!

Melissa, the manager of that day was rude with an old man that had his own coupon arguing that the policia said only one coupon per visit employees like her really gives the business bad reputation

Hispanic girl talking on drive thru at 9:30pm on 7/31/24 working with bigger younger guy (might be manager) got my order completely wrong. All my sauces wrong my drink wrong. Still had the nerve to give attitude and look physically upset. This worker alone made this jack in the box 1 star alone because of customer service.

Horrible place I went there yesterday around 9 pm July 3rd. They did not answer us at the drive thru , we pulled up to the window and seen a girl standing there tried to get her attention but she didn’t acknowledge us. There was someone else behind me so when I pulled up to the window she started taking the other persons order. I didn’t do anything wrong was just confused on why it was taking so long. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Not going back.

Today, the food just doesn't taste like it used to. The burger didn't smell like the grill which usually smells like it's been off the grill. Like it's been microwave. The fries weren't heated up either. Losing the touch.

Went through the drive thru and they made sure my order was right. At the window was greeted by another employee whom was also very nice.
Ok the food here is great floor very clean but the table I sat at had crumbs all over it but the food time was 3 minutes and I ordered a long meal wow service are great but took awhile to get to the cashier good food to so I say 4 stars
