This place doesn’t know how to change the oil so the chicken doesn’t taste burnt. The tacos needed ¢10 more of cheese and couldn’t get some ketchup cuz they closed the window.. never again. The fries were ok though

Horrible experience! The manager is very sour and very rude! Food was cold and they a very unfair when it comes to adding sauces when clearly the limit is 5 suaces, they will only give you one sauce and will charge you the rest! This is the only jack in the CA that is greedy with their sauces, and very slow services!

Hispanic girl talking on drive thru at 9:30pm on 7/31/24 working with bigger younger guy (might be manager) got my order completely wrong. All my sauces wrong my drink wrong. Still had the nerve to give attitude and look physically upset. This worker alone made this jack in the box 1 star alone because of customer service.

Horrible place I went there yesterday around 9 pm July 3rd. They did not answer us at the drive thru , we pulled up to the window and seen a girl standing there tried to get her attention but she didn’t acknowledge us. There was someone else behind me so when I pulled up to the window she started taking the other persons order. I didn’t do anything wrong was just confused on why it was taking so long. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Not going back.

Today, the food just doesn't taste like it used to. The burger didn't smell like the grill which usually smells like it's been off the grill. Like it's been microwave. The fries weren't heated up either. Losing the touch.
