Purchased thru the ap. My order was wrong. Didn't get the buyer 1 get 1 free. The manager on duty refunded my order and still gave me the burger. Great customer service! And the lettuce, tomatoes are always fresh!

I went here to grab some lunch and use the restroom because I am a mobile technician and on the road all day.

This location does not have a lobby. It only has outside ordering windows and to drive thrus. I asked if I could use the restroom while ordering and they said it was for employees only.

I will literally never be returning to this location. There is no lobby and the Central valley is one of the hottest places on Earth. There is no bathroom. How is that even a thing?

This is one of the worst designed buildings for the Central Valley.

Was told by drive thru employee that I'm taking up their time, was only in line for 2 minutes while looking at menu with windows up in 102⁰ weather. There was no other customers in line behind me. Very rude and did not want that person(s) to make my food. So I left since I was not treated with kindness. Felt rushed. So I left. I will take my business elsewhere. Date was July 13th @4:30pm.
What type of employees do you have working there Jack? I was just wanting a taco. SMH this is how you train your employees to treat customers? I do not recommend this location.

Disappointing. They don’t take more than one coupon at a time. Fries were old and cold when they were given to me. And don’t listen to special orders. Asked for no pickles and onions on my burger and there were loads of them

Simple “SimpLyrics” Lyrics

I had ordered my combo and asked for regular fries not curly. When I got my receipt I noticed it said curly fries so I told the worker, “hey the receipt says curly but I wanted regular” the worker said oh yeah I can get that changed to regular fries for you. So I got my food and left just to find out they gave me curly fries. The worker clearly could not take instructions and couldn’t care less about servicing the customers.

Average times for drive through. Out of the 4 times I have done the drive through they got my order wrong once, and no straws once. No dinning area or restrooms.

I’ve had a solid experience at this location especially if you order on the app. Quick and easy. I saw a review about the worker with the makeup; I’ve seen him a few times I’ve come and I think his makeup looks good. Not sure why it would even be factored into a review, but he’s always been a good worker for me.
