I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jamba Juice location. Due to my health, I can only drink fresh juices like fresh orange juice. Almost every day after work, I drive about 12 minutes just to get it. Unfortunately, the employees working between 6–7 PM seem to make up their own rules every day. Sometimes they give me the juice, sometimes they refuse, always with a different excuse: one day the machine is broken, another day they “don’t have it,” and so on.

Today was the last straw. I arrived at 7:00 PM (they close at 8:30 PM), and the employee told me they don’t make fresh orange juice after 5:00 PM. This was shocking because just the day before, I came at 7:30 PM and was told they stop making it after 7:00 PM. Every time it’s a new excuse.

I was tired from work and really craving juice, but instead I was treated with rude service and zero professionalism. The staff are unhelpful and even disrespectful, and it’s clear that management doesn’t care at all about how this location is being run.

I really hope the owner pays attention and fixes this mess, because right now it feels like customers are not valued at all.

Please do yourself a favor and do not come to this location! This Jamba is the worst! I ordered a smoothie that they gave me half filled. When I asked to have it filled to the top the lady gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. When she brought me another one filled it was extremely watered down. The customer service is awful and the drinks are awful! Do yourself a favor and just get out of the car and get a Jamba on Mooney. The convenient drive through is not worth the crappy drink. And they charged me for a free protein boost. So I guess they don’t offer free boosts like other Jamba locations do. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered ahead because I'm in a rush and it's 4 minutes after my estimated preparation time and my order is still not ready. There is no line so I'm mot sure why it's taking long and I have not been approached at all since I got here 7 minutes ago.

I entered the drive thru before 7:40pm was not greeted as I approached the order screen at 7:50pm. I waited till 8 and pulled to the window where no one bothered to come and say that they were closed.

I had to repeat the the order the manager out of all employees three times and she still got my order incorrect so the problem I see here is that if we're hiring people to lead other people that don't even know how to take an order then the whole system is a failure.

The worst Jamba juice that I have ever ordered from and that's the state of our country or I can't even get a simple drink without a problem.

I could not believe I was able to order online with the store being closed! It says online the store closed at 10pm, I ordered online at 8pm. But when I drove to the store it was closed!!! And it even charged my card, I went online to find a corporate number and the one they list is not even to Jamba Juice. What a disappointment! I thought Jamba was a better company…..

I go to this place on a regular. And these people gonna tell me that I can get ice when I get ice. Every jamba juice across the world. The lady was extremely rude. If I m spinning twenty dollars on a drink, I should be able to get a cup of ice. And just to show proof there's pictures of me receiving ice at another location, okay

Management rude, employees get very loud with customers especially the Spanish speaking lady with black hair. Could’ve easily told us their system was down but she wanted to get loud we happily took our business to the Mooney location!!! Save your time and skip going here
