I’m giving five stars because I almost always get excellent service from the store. Just wanted to remind the employees that when Dashers come in, we are your food delivery partner to get OUR customers their food. We work together. When I come in, I’m always patient and always courteous. I never take an order that isn’t worth waiting for.
This morning, on May 31, I received the least friendly service I’ve ever received from an employee at this store. When I asked to use the restroom, I was questioned as to whether or not I was picking up an order. I already have the bathroom code memorized, but out of respect I asked for the bathroom code.
I waited 13 minutes for my order. That’s not a problem, but when the employee went to make the order she told me it had just come through the system. I know that’s not true, I’ve been doing this six years, and I told the employee that my pick up time was already 10 minutes late. I don’t mind waiting for an order, but just know that those of us who have been doing this for years know how it works. Don’t forget when we aren’t dashing, we are customers! There are a couple restaurants I will not go to or take my family to because of how they treat Dashers. If the service I got this morning was always the service I got from the store, I would never come to this store myself. I will give the employee credit for being friendly with the other customers. I know that maybe other Dashers are rude or pushy or impatient, but that’s not me. I have a great rapport with 99.9% of the restaurants and stores I pick up from. Don’t judge us all based on one or two rude Dashers.
I guess the person in front of me was too dense to realize that you order on the screen, but I don’t understand why the several staff behind the counter let us stand in line and be ignored for 5 minutes before saying anything. Don’t understand how people don’t know how to communicate anymore without a damn screen
Place looks dirty and bad customer service. Workers have bad attitude.

I have always loved Jamba Juice. We saw some employees washing the window inefficiently due to a lack of proper tools. They tried their best creatively, but it proved difficult.
We found something at DDs Discounts and gave it to her because she was so nice in letting my wife show a better and faster way; she loved and appreciated our gift so much she was willing to pay for our smoothie the next time we go in, and she stuck to her word the last time we had gone back.

I ordered on the app on 11/1/24, never received my food . It said they hand delivered my drink and prtzel and I never received both. I tried calling the store 5 times. No aNSwer. DO NOT order anything online here.
I went in 30 minutes before closing , they had the store locked up ! All I wanted was a smoothie…
Only been at this location twice so I can’t say much. I love this cornhole tho lol

The product is good but what’s with no customer service!? You have to use kiosk then I wanted to pay cash so they had to void it and start over. Then the gal had to run around to handle cash back. Very inconvenient. Bring customer service back!!

Low staffed, only have one kiosk that makes lines longer, AND got charged twice cause of the kiosk. Waited 30+mins to get a refund but never got it back. If you want jamba juice, do not go here

I am not impressed with the downgrade of this establishment. I, and my family, used to love this place but now it is underwhelming. The employees there expect everyone to know how to work the kiosk; they do not give any instructions or even have someone to take orders. They rely too much on the new tech. The smoothies are now flavorless and not made well. No one greets you at the door at all; everyone has their backs turned and are not paying any attention to customers.

they barely put any peanut butter in the smoothies it just tastes like blended milk. And when did they change the pb+banana protein from almond milk to reduced fat milk, it changed the flavor of the whole smoothie.

I order online it said my order was ready at 2:07. I went to pick up my order at 2:20 I walked to the pickup line the employee was rude and told me to Wait, after waiting almost ten minutes the employee asked if anyone was picking up an order. I said I was he laughed and said o yeah. The place was dirty and very unwelcoming.
