The feel of the place is great. It's not too noisy while also being a fun bar environment. The bartender was attentive & great with conversation, drinks were good too! The wings were bomb, overall a great lunch & drinks trip out.

Cashier was rude and can't add. I ordered 6 tacos she charged me for seven. She wouldn't give me a receipt. She just complained to Alex, I guess the manager. So I said screw it. That's how this place does business.

Wow a diamond in the rough!!! GREAT bar area with huge TV's. Food was awsome. Met one of the best bartender in town ( Sophia). Will definitely go back on her shift. Would have them 5 stars, but alcohol is extremely expensive. Can't stay long at those prices.

Almost $90 for a family of four at a taco shack . My daughters and boyfriend got sick that night we ate there. The next morning I was throwing up as well. The beans are not home made and the food was not very good.

They have one of the best menudos I have tried here in Visalia since I moved from Sacramento few years ago I went on a Sunday and they had bang bang niners gang on full effect:) I loved the vibes and the atmosphere

Let be honest. There are far better taco places. None of which is on main Street. Don't get me started on the prices. Most of them places cater to Caucasian taste. A place you have no other choice but to go to. If you work down town. Portion and price is for the whites.

Based solely on their Asada Fries.Disappointing. But here are the positives. Big portion size, especially for the decent price. The fries were cooked well. Their salsa bar saved these fries from getting a 1 star.Negatives. Taste. Nothing tasted seasoned. Not the fries and especially not the asada which had a consistency similar to ground beef. Not nearly enough melty cheese which left everything way too dry.I'm coming back for their queso pizza thing which looked good. We will see if that can salvage the score.Edit: tried their queso pizza and it was pretty good. Very skimpy on the cheese for being part quesodilla but decently flavorful. 3 stars seem fair.

Love coming to Javi's. They have very good Mexican food and daily specials. Very quick with the preparation and service. Place is clean and the workers are always friendly.

I used to love this place, the food is great but the service keeps sucking. I am only able to make to go orders as I work nearby and cannot come back. Of my last 6 orders 5 were messed up. Today's was so bad that I threw my meal away. Typically it's the owner getting frustrated because I want to order a burrito and add cheese and sour creme and he always tells me to order the Supreme minus lettuce, tomato and avocado cause it's cheaper .... I told him on numerous occasions I have but they cannot seem to get the "minus lettuce, tomato and avocado... so I opt to pay extra to get it right. Today I tried online it won't let you pay for anything and shows your cart as empty (been like that the last 3 times I came) so I called it in and asked for a Chilli Verde burrito Supreme with no lettuce, no tomato and no avocado. It showed all that on my receipt when I got there and paid. I got back to work and found a wet burrito Supreme with everything on it. I like the last 5 burritos before threw it away and did not eat, I'm out lunch and $17 (really times 5). At this point they cannot seem to get my orders right and I am done wasting my money on food I will not eat and will opt to go places where the cashier and cooks know how to take and process orders. Javis on Mooney is on point though. 0 issues there when we eat. Will not be eating at the court location anymore and will try the vast other options neaeby.
