I love Jimmy John’s ❤️! 🥪 The previous review under mine complained about the lack of meat on the sandwich, I feel like mine has plenty of meat & cheese, so much so I actually only ate half of my sandwich. Not sure what happened that day, but as for my experience it was really well made. Not only that but when I went inside to pick up my order the lady behind the counter was very nice & checked my bag to make sure all my items were inside & directed me to an area where I could get extra condiments if needed. I didn’t catch her name & I really wish I had because she deserves a shout out as well, but it was around 11:25 when I went inside. Overall a good meal, i’ll be back soon. 👍🏻

me and my mother came in to get lunch, i got charged a dollar extra to add jalapeños to her sandwich and once we came home to eat, there was only ONE jalapeño in the sandwich. Honestly im okay with the extra charge if im getting a dollar worth of jalapeños not .1 cent. We were really kind to the worker so having this happen is really disappointing. I work food service so I make sure any extra charges they get what they are more paying for. Apparently it doesn’t apply to all food service workers. So make sure you check your sandwiches! Some incompetent workers! xx

The experience was good. We were welcomed, and the cashier was nice and chatted for a minute. The sandwich was extremely unpleasant. White bread with two pieces of meat, cheese, and mayonnaise. Tasted like nothing but mayo even after I added mustard. This cost $13. I could've purchased all the ingredients from SaveMart and made multiple sandwiches for that price.

The price hikes here are actually ridiculous! For a small cup of ranch it jumped to almost 2$ for 4 sandwiches I paid 60$ even the employees were saying it’s a little shocking. They are taking advantage of the customers and blaming inflation.
It's ok. Bread was a little dry. They went light on the ingredients. Not sure why there was a ton of onion in the tuna. I didn't add onion. Should have went to subway or port of subs. I won't return.

Food is always good. But the service is not always friendly... Seems you have to ask for a bag for your sandwich and chips... and napkins or anything else. They offer you absolutely nothing unless you ask. I have always thought this was rude and that says something about the training... Obviously, they were trained not to offer anything... That is strange, in my opinion. As long as you ask for everything you need, the food is always good...

I ordered a Jalapeño Ranch wrap and they got it wrong twice. First time I asked not tomatoes and no onions and change wrap to garlic herb. Well there was tomatoes and onions with reg wrap. 2nd time ordered the same thing and didn't get the crunchy jalapeños in my wrap.

Don’t come here!!!!!!! The services sucks all the employees where moaning and making weird noises. I was embarrassed because my son was with me! The cashier didnt greet me and or bag my sandwiches! When i asked for a bag one of the employees threw it at me! Smh whats wrong with this new generation of kids i wont ever come here again! Its a disgrace of service
