Really cool staff here whenever I come in! I live nearby and I always stop here for a quick lunch and they're almost always speedy just like JJ's should be. There has been a few times where I place a mobile order and it takes nearly half an hour to complete (I don't know if this is just a mobile order system thing, so not really a huge deal) but I'm always satisfied with the service I receive and the food as well.

i ordered w my partner and the manager sighed when we walked in. we then ordered and as we were asking questions she was filled w annoyance. i called customer service and the store and they won’t reimburse at least a free sandwich or two, really shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. will not be returning and let my people know.

I came in just before noon, there was one guy at the counter taking orders and a female employee with a line out the door and at least 6 people waiting for their orders already. The female employee asks the guys taking orders if he’s sure he wants her to take off to which he says yes. He then proceeds to pile on order after order with no one making sandwiches…. When he finally stops taking orders to make the backlog of already placed orders the line starts backing up at the counter again. He then pushes out three sandwiches before going back to piling more orders onto the ones already waiting to be completed…. If you’re going to stick to the slogan of being freaky fast then you should probably ensure you have enough employees to make that a reality, especially when you have one offering to stay and make sure your customer are taken care of. If you can’t stick to that promise then tell the customers walking in that they have to wait to place their orders and make the sandwiches that are already ordered and PAID for before adding to the pile up.

Order was not “freaky fast” as they had to call an Uber to bring my food 45 min later - potato salad is not that great at all - taste like cheap store bought - my bread was yummy though

I was going to order 2 sandwiches 1 regular and 1 small. They started with the small sandwich and pulled out a sheet of precut turkey. They cut the turkey on the sheet in half which made very little turkey on the sandwich. I asked the guy if that's all they put on and he said yes but I could buy extra meat. I said to forget making my large sandwich. I told the guy I am used to going to Jersey Mike's but I went there because I was coming from vacation and there was no Jersey Mike's in the area. I paid for the small sandwich and left and went to Bakersfield to Jersey Mike's. Anyway Jimmy John's is nothing like Jersey Mike's at Jersey Mike's they cut the meat as you order instead of giving you a thin slice of meat on the sandwich. It's too bad one of my favorite actors Brad Garrett from everybody loves Raymond, who does the commercial for Jimmy John's and was very disappointed to see him advertise this place. He obviously just did it for the money not for the food.
Walked in at 8:36 and very rude worker literally threw items in her hands down on the counter, shook her head and rudely asked how many sandwiches do you want!? We told her forget it as she clearly doesn't want our business! We will no longer be coming here. I'd give a negative star if I could.
