The Meat Lovers
You won't be asking where the beef is with this burger. Thick-cut bacon, thinly sliced Tri-Tip, and cheddar cheese on top of almost a half pound of a fresh Harris Ranch beef patty. Served on a lightly toasted bun with our homemade aioli and a side of our signature Brown Ale BBQ sauce.
BrewMaster Burger
This is the burger of all burgers! It starts with almost a half pound of fresh Harris Ranch beef topped with thick-cut bacon, cheddar cheese, and a fried egg. It's finished off with a glazed donut for the bun...yes...a glazed donut! It's even drizzled with maple syrup.
The Blue Pig
This bad boy is stacked with thick-cut bacon, blue cheese, and our homemade aioli all on top of almost a half pound of a Harris Ranch fresh beef patty. Whatcha gonna do?
The Kaweah Burger
This is your classic backyard BBQ'd burger. Lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese, and homemade aioli all on almost a half-pound fresh Harris Ranch beef patty.
The Burger Bowl
Our protein style burger. Our Kaweah Burger served on a bed of lettuce in a bowl. No bun for those who like to drink their carbs.

Drunken Mussels
One pound of steamed mussels swimming in a garlic butter sauce made with our Neva Say Neva Blonde Ale. Make it your meal or share with the whole table if you're feeling generous. Served with a side of garlic bread.
Grilled Shrimp
Six large butterflied shrimp on the half shell seasoned and grilled to perfection. Served with a side of garlic bread. Kick it up a notch by adding a splash of our chimichurri sauce.
Hot Wings
Tossed in a little heat and a little citrus, these spicy wings will surprise you.
French Fry Bowl
A heaping mound of golden shoestring french fries. Make it a heaping mound of garlic fries, or sweet potato fries for an extra $2. Add Kaweah beer cheese $3
Pretzel Cheese Bites
Deep-fried cheesy goodness! Bite-sized pretzel pockets filled with cheese curd served with homemade Kaweah beer cheese.

Sandwiches
Tri-Tip Sandwich
We start off with a garlic butter grilled Banh-mi baguette, then add heaps of thinly sliced Tri-Tip. Served with a side of our signature Brown Ale BBQ sauce.
The Spicy Bison
A spicy Bison sausage grilled to perfection. Served on a Bahn-mi baguette with our homemade roasted pepper spread, then topped off with a sweet caramelized balsamic onion jam. Bet ya never had that before.
The Cluck Cluck
A marinated, charbroiled all white meat chicken breast served on a toasted Banh-mi baguette with our homemade aioli, lettuce, and tomato. Served with a side of our signature Brown Ale BBQ sauce.

Salad
Brewhouse Salad
A classic baby green mix topped with cucumber slices, onions, fresh tomatoes, seasonal fruit, a blue cheese crumble and nuts. Served with our exclusive house dressing. Add grilled chicken or tri-tip for $3.

Pasta
Pasta Papardelle
With your choice of either of our homemade sauces, creamy Alfredo or Marinara, or even al naturale. Either way you choose, this wonderful bowl will warm your soul. Served with garlic bread. Enjoy with marinated grilled chicken or spicy Bison for only $3 more.

Okay ya’ll. If you’re local to Visalia, you have to try their Kaweah Brewery. I literally crave going here because it’s so consistent and all Harris Ranch beef.

I get the same thing everytime - the Blue Pig slider. It’s perfect size for me because their regular size burgers are huge. I always get the curry cauliflower on the side. However, you have to try the garlic skinny fries at least once!

The burgers are AMAZING!!! And the sweet potato fries are so delicious!! I'm not a fan of beer so I can't comment on that but I do love a good, juicy burger and this place has them. The only drawback is that the seating is a bit uncomfortable with the metal chairs and picnic style benches. Otherwise, great place to get some great food.

This is the first time there and I will be going back when I go back to that area. The food and beer were excellent, the portions were big and the prices were reasonable. The staff was very nice, they do need business cards and menus you can take with you. I was pleasantly surprised by how much you get for the money charged, especially these days with many places charging so much. I highly recommend going here for a nice, order at the counter and sit down experience you will be...
